摘要: Embodiments provide systems and methods for displaying a fluid responsiveness predictor (FRP) based on an analysis a physiological signal detected by a physiological sensor applied to a patient. A method may include detecting the signal of the patient with the physiological sensor, determining an FRP with a FRP determination module, wherein the determining operation comprises analyzing at least one characteristic of the physiological signal over time to determine the FRP, receiving a report request to report the FRP at a requested time through a user interface, generating a reported FRP in relation to the requested time using the FRP determination module, and displaying the reported FRP on a display. The displaying operation may include displaying the FRP using at least one graphic representation.

摘要: An electrosurgical generator includes a first radio frequency source having a first power supply configured to output a first direct current waveform; a first radio frequency inverter coupled to the first power supply and configured to generate a first radio frequency waveform from the first direct current waveform; and a first controller configured to control the first radio frequency inverter. The electrosurgical generator also includes a second radio frequency source having: a second power supply configured to output a second direct current waveform; a second radio frequency inverter coupled to the second power supply and configured to generate a second radio frequency waveform simultaneously as the first radio frequency waveform; and a second controller configured to control the second radio frequency inverter.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of medical monitoring, and, in particular, to non-contact detecting and monitoring of patient breathing. Systems, methods, and computer readable media are described for calculating a change in depth of a region of interest (ROI) on a patient and assigning one or more visual indicators to at least a portion of a graphic based on the calculated changes in depth and/or based on a tidal volume signal generated for the patient. In some embodiments, the systems, methods, and/or computer readable media can display the visual indicators overlaid onto at least the portion in real-time and/or can display the tidal volume signal in real-time. The systems, methods, and/or computer readable media can trigger an alert and/or an alarm when a breathing abnormality is detected.

摘要: A surgical device includes an end effector having a pair of opposing jaw members and a drive beam movable longitudinally through the pair of opposing jaw members thereby approximating the pair of opposing jaw members relative to each other. The device also includes an adapter assembly configured to selectively couple to the end effector. The adapter assembly includes an actuation assembly configured to mechanically engage the drive beam and to move the drive beam longitudinally. The device also includes a handle assembly configured to selectively couple to the adapter assembly. The handle assembly includes: a power source, a motor coupled to the power source, a sensor configured to measure a force imparted on the drive beam, and a motor controller configured to control the motor to maintain constant force on the drive beam based on the force measured by the sensor during longitudinal movement of the drive beam approximating the pair of opposing jaw members closer relative to each other.
