摘要： The no-sew window drapery system comprises tucking fabric into a rod. The rod has a profile that creates an opening across the entire length and sufficient space in the interior to accept the fabric. The rod may additionally incorporate a locking system to secure the fabric ends inside the rod. The fabric employed is fed into the opening created by the profile, arranged into the style desired and secured into place. Because of the characteristics of the plastic, and the close-fit force exerted on the fabric, the result is to provide a rod which holds the fabric in place. Yet it is easy to install the fabric without the need for any sewing and still give the fabric a customized look.

摘要： The no-sew upholstery system of the invention comprises a soft or semi-soft foam which is covered by fabric through a wrap and tuck process. The form incorporates an opening through an exterior surface. The fabric employed is wrapped around the form and its ends are tucked through the exterior opening. The form may also incorporate a pocket in the interior to provide additional area for accepting the fabric. Multiple fabric accents and devices for decoration and locking function may be selectively inserted into the opening. Because of the characteristics of the foam and the close-fit force exerted on the ends of fabric, the result is to provide a form which holds the fabric in place-yet, one which is easy to cover by the purchaser without the need for any sewing, gluing or stapling to give a customized look.

摘要： The no-sew window treatment of the invention comprises a form of semi-soft foam which is covered by fabric through a wrap and tuck process. The form incorporates a straight slit cut into an exterior surface running along its entire length. The form additionally incorporates a cross-shaped slot running through its center, also along its entire length. The fabric employed is wrapped around the form, cut to the length desired, and its ends are then fitted into the straight slit; the sides of the fabric are then tucked into the cross-shaped slot. Because of the semi-soft characteristics of the foam, and the close-fit force exerted on the ends and sides of the fabric, the result is to provide a form which holds the fabric in place--yet, one which is easy to install, cover and assemble (even by the purchaser) and without the need for any sewing to give a customized look.
