    摘要: An electrical connection system for cell voltage monitoring in a fuel cell stack. A fuel cell stack assembly comprises a plurality of fuel cells disposed in a stacked configuration, each cell substantially parallel to an x-y plane and including an electrical tab extending laterally from an edge of a plate in the cell in the x-direction to form an array of tabs extending along a side face of the fuel cell stack in a z-direction orthogonal to the x-y plane. A connector device comprises a planar member having a plurality of spaced-apart slits formed in an edge of the planar member, each slit having an electrically conductive material on an inside face of the slit. The slits are spaced along the edge of the planar member and configured to receive the tabs by sliding engagement in the y-direction. Alternatively, each tab may be crimped to create a distortion in the tab out of the x-y plane of the plate and a connector device comprises a planar member having a plurality of generally parallel slits formed in the body of the planar member, each slit having an electrically conductive material on an inside face of the slit, the slits being spaced within the planar member and configured to receive the tabs by sliding engagement in the x-direction so that each tab engages with at least a portion of the electrically conductive material on the inside face of a respective slit.

The processes generally include reacting a metathesis feed stream including butene with ethylene in the presence of a first metathesis catalyst via a first metathesis reaction to form a first metathesis product stream including propylene, ethylene, butene, and C5+ olefins; separating at least a portion of the propylene and ethylene from the first metathesis product stream to form a first overhead stream and to form a first de-propenized bottoms stream including butene and C5+ olefins; reacting at least a portion of the first de-propenized bottoms stream with ethylene in the presence of a second metathesis catalyst via a second metathesis reaction to form a second metathesis product stream including propylene, ethylene, butene, and C5+ olefins; and separating at least a portion of the propylene and ethylene from the second metathesis product stream to form a second overhead stream; and recovering propylene from the first overhead stream, the second overhead stream or combinations thereof.

    摘要: An Optical Line Termination (OLT) system in a multi-wavelength Passive Optical Network (PON) includes a protection port for protecting a set of OLT ports without the use of a physical switch. The protection port has a tunable transceiver. The OLT system detects a failure of one of the OLT ports, which was originally adapted to transmit downstream traffic to a subset of ONUs on a downstream wavelength and to receive upstream traffic from the subset of ONUs on an upstream wavelength. In response to the detection, the OLT system tunes the protection port to the downstream wavelength for transmission and to the upstream wavelength for reception, and resumes communication between the OLT system and the subset of ONUs through the protection port instead of the OLT port.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention include a system for registering an optical network unit (ONU) installed in a passive optical network (PON), including a mobile terminal, a registration server, and an optical line terminal (OLT). The mobile terminal is configured to collect an ONU identification from the ONU, collect a subscriber identification, and transmit the ONU identification and the subscriber identification to a registration server via a communication system. The registration server is configured to receive the ONU identification and subscriber identification from the mobile terminal via the communication system, retrieve subscriber information from a subscriber database based on the subscriber identification, associate the ONU with the subscriber information, and transmit, to an optical line terminal, an association between the ONU and the subscriber information. The optical line terminal (OLT) is configured to serve as an endpoint for the ONU in the PON.

    摘要: An optical network unit (ONU) accesses services provided by multiple optical line terminals (OLTs) in a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) passive optical network (PON). The ONU receives downstream signals from a first plurality of OLTs through a designated port of an arrayed waveguide (AWG). At any given time, the bandpass filter module can select any one of a first plurality of AWG cycles allocated to the first plurality of OLTs. Based on received downstream signals, the ONU transmits upstream signals to a second plurality of OLTs through the designated port of the AWG. At any given time, the bandpass filter module and a transmitter of the ONU can select any one of a second plurality of AWG cycles allocated to the second plurality of OLTs. The ONU may be configured with a plurality of receivers and transmitters, whereby it is enabled to simultaneously subscribe to a plurality of AWG cycles.

For instance, a database adapter implemented in computer hardware or software may automatically create dimensions in a multidimensional dataset for data types in an associative database. The database adapter may then query the associative database for metadata that describes index values of each dimension of the multidimensional dataset. The database adapter may then query the associative database for data values to populate individual cells of the multidimensional database.
