摘要: Methods and apparatus for identifying primary media content in a post-production media content presentation are disclosed. An example computer-implemented method to detect primary media content included in a secondary media content presentation disclosed herein comprises determining a first image corresponding to the secondary media content presentation, the first image comprising a plurality of image subregions, each image subregion representative of an inter-frame variation associated with a corresponding subregion of the secondary media content presentation, selecting a region of the first image comprising a plurality of connected image subregions of the first image together exhibiting a first type of inter-frame variation, and when a shape of the selected region of the first image corresponds to a predefined shape, processing a region of the first captured image corresponding to the selected region of the first synthetic image to identify the primary media content.

摘要: Methods and apparatus to measure feature usage on websites are disclosed. An example method includes determining a set of rules associated with a website presented to a panelist; determining a selected rule from the set of rules, the selected rule determined by at least one of a communication received from the website, an element of a document object model of the website associated with the communication, or a uniform resource locator of the website; determining a feature of the website based on the selected rule, the communication and the element of the document object model; determining a category associated with the feature based on the selected rule, the communication and the element of the document object model; and creating an entry in an event log based on the feature and the category

摘要: A method and system for processing contextual information relating to an exchange of a conversation over a communication channel is provided. Several users, and/or service providers are allowed to specify a set of rules relating to a conversation channel. Contextual information, including information relating to the specified set of rules and conditions of the users, is exchanged among the users and/or several service providers when one user requests to initiate a communication channel. The received contextual information is processed to extract a set of rules and the current conditions of users. If the current conditions of the users satisfy the set of rules, a corresponding communication channel is established among the users. However, additional contextual information may be received and processed whenever there is a change in the contextual information during the conversation. Appropriate actions to the existing communication channel may be determined based on the changes.

摘要: Methods and apparatus to collect publicly available metadata to determine media creation product usage are disclosed. Some example methods include collecting metadata from a plurality of digital media files, identifying product types used to generate the digital media files based on the metadata, determining which of the identified product types is used to generate a largest number of the digital media files, and generating a report identifying the product types used to generate the largest number of the digital media files.

摘要: Systems, methods and computer program products for determining a player rating for at least one tennis player enhances the tennis playing experience of by matching tennis players of comparable tennis skills. The methodology comprises assigning numerical player ratings generally corresponding to each player's individual tennis skill level. A competitive threshold is established, corresponding to a minimum number of games that a player must win in a match between players having the same player rating. A player is considered to be competitive within a rating level, regardless of whether the player wins or loses matches, provided the player wins at least the minimum number of games that corresponds to the established competitive threshold. Adjustments are made to a player's rating only if/when the player has a sustained record of “non-competitive” matches with similarly rated players.
