    摘要： A head band for diagnostic instruments comprising a light source and a battery has, at its back support part (12), a flat housing (21) for adjusting and fixing the head band length by means of a rotary knob (22). An accumulator module (31) optimized with regard to volume, weight and weight distribution can be mounted and detached by means of bayonet-type grooves (25) at the housing (21) and pins (33) at the accumulator module (31), and can be fixed by means of a resilient spring (26) at the housing (21) and a recess (34) in the accumulator module (31) without impairing the function of the rotary knob (22).

    摘要： A battery grip for diagnostic units comprises a grip sleeve for accommodating batteries, at the upper end of which a metal sleeve for accommodating a consumer load, such as an electric bulb, is mounted, a guide opening formed in the wall of the grip sleeve, a switching slide being guided the guide opening in a longitudinal direction of the grip sleeve, a contact member extending from a lower end of the grip sleeve with one contact end into the guide opening, and a contact spring member having one end conductively connected to the metal sleeve manner and another free end extending into the guide opening such that the free end is disposed above the contact member and is brought into contact with the contact member by displacing the switching slide. The contact between free end of the contact spring member and the contact member is created by at least two contact points. At least one longitudinal recess is provided in the contact end of the contact member. At least one contact head extending towards the contact member is provided at the free end of the contact spring member for engaging in the longitudinal recess for creating a contact between the contact member and the contact spring member, the contact head being formed such that it contacts both longitudinal sides of the longitudinal recess.

    摘要： A laryngoscope (1) includes a socket (3) that is mountable on a hand grip, a spatula blade (2) that is coupled with the socket (3) and a light guide tube (4) that has proximal and distal end portions, with the proximal end portion of the light guide tube (4) being releasably mounted in a cavity (11) that extends completely through the socket (3) while the distal end portion engages in a snap-in device on the spatula blade (2). The light guide tube (4) has a completely uniform permanent cross section that improves the laryngoscope spatula (1) since the light guide tube (4) can be manufactured and serviced in an uncomplicated manner.

A bottom unit for a battery grip (11) comprising a grip sleeve (90) in which the accumulator unit (74) is arranged, has a basic body (84) mountable at the lower end of the grip sleeve (90), wherein an upper contact element (89) for contacting the accumulator unit (74) and a lower contact element (95) for contacting a contact element (107) of a charging station, to which a current is applied, are arranged in the basic body (84). An electronic circuit unit (99) having a microprocessor (1) is connected between the upper and the lower contact elements (89, 95), which electronic circuit unit (99) is formed and configured such that it controls a charging process for charging the accumulator unit (74).
