This invention thus relates to the hybrid plant 3189, and variants, mutants, and modifications of Pioneer hybrid 3189. This hybrid corn plant is characterized by superior qualities of high yield for its maturity, wide adaptation, short plant stature, good standability, very good drought tolerance, excellent stay green, and it responds well for yield to higher planting rates.
