Abstract:
A mobile terminal and system search method for the same are provided. The present invention enables a rapid system search with minimized battery consumption after a system loss. The system search method, using a search parameter specifying a first search time S0 and search periods (Do+S1) of a wait time Do and search time S1, includes performing, when the mobile terminal experiences a system loss, an initial system search to search for a system to use for the first search time S0 and increasing, when a system to use is found during the first search time S0, the first search time S0 to reset the search parameter.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-frequency heat therapy electrode device, and one embodiment of the present invention provides a high-frequency heat therapy electrode device provided with an electrode needle disposed in front of a handle, which necrotizes a lesion site by cauterizing the site by means of the high-frequency heat generated from the electrode needle. The high-frequency heat therapy electrode device equipped with a flexible tube is characterized in that: a flexible tube of a prescribed hardness, but that can be easily bent and deformed, is disposed between the handle and the electrode needle such that the needle can be inserted, along the working channel of an endoscope, up to a lesion site and the electrode needle is provided with a cooling line in the inside thereof.
Abstract:
Methods and transcoders are disclosed for video transcoding input macroblocks to an output macroblock. One of the methods estimates an output macroblock mode for the video transcoding. A spatial weight is determined based on size of overlapping areas of each of the input macroblocks with a correlation area that is correlated with the output macroblock. A discrete cosine transform (DCT) weight is determined based on a number of zero DCT coefficients of each of the input macroblocks that overlap the correlation area. The output macroblock mode is estimated based on the spatial weight and the DCT weight.

An air circulation structure for a microwave oven is disclosed. The structure includes a fan for sucking air into the interior of a machinery compartment installed below a cooking chamber of the microwave oven, a bottom plate having an air suction port through which an air sucked by the fan and radiating heat generated from the electrical elements of the microwave oven is flown into the interior of the cooking chamber, and a rear surface plate having a first air discharge port through which the air passed through an air suction port formed on the bottom plate and circulated in the interior of the cooking chamber is discharged to the outside of the microwave oven, for thereby effectively radiating heat from electrical elements of a microwave oven having a machinery chamber installed below a cooking chamber and dehumidifying from the interior of the cooking chamber.
Abstract:
This invention relates to an opening and closing apparatus for a door of a microwave oven which has lighting lamps. The door of the microwave oven is devised to have a predetermined time until it is opened in a course of power transmission by a driving motor by which the door is opened and closed. The driving motor rotates a driving gear and the driving gear makes an opening and closing lever move linearly. Accordingly the door which is locked with the main body of microwave oven can be opened by the linear motion of the opening and closing lever. Therefore, the door is opened after a predetermined time is passed by the fact that the power transmission from driving motor is delivered to the opening and closing lever through the driving gear so that the remaining light by the lighting lamps can be completely removed. This can prevent the user's eye being damaged by the remaining light and improve the value in use for the microwave oven with lighting lamps.

Abstract:
A method of estimating output motion vector includes generating a group of candidate motion vectors, selecting two or more reference vectors, variably establishing a search window, and estimating an output motion vector by performing a motion vector refinement on the search window. The method selects the two or more reference vectors from the group of the candidate motion vectors and the search window is established according to a relativity among the reference vectors. A transcoder using the method includes an encoding parameter estimator configured to select the two or more reference vectors and to variably establish the search window according to the relativity between the reference vectors. Therefore, the search window may be efficiently established without increasing calculation time, so that the output motion vector may be more correctly estimated.

Provided are an apparatus and method for minimizing a distribution loss which reconstructs the system construction of a distribution system in consideration of section load characteristics of mutually different distribution system. The apparatus for minimizing a distribution loss which determines a loss calculation period for detecting a loss minimization time point using mutually different distribution systems, calculates loss values of mutually different distribution systems set according to each time point of the loss calculation period, and calculates a total loss value, and selects the mutually different distribution systems one by one during the loss calculation period, and calculates a loss value for specific systems of each distribution system in consideration of a change of a section load in each selected distribution system, determines a loss minimization time point using the specific system loss value of each distribution system and the total loss value.
