摘要： A method of manufacturing a commutator of a rotary electric machine includes a step of forming a first unitary material having nail portions, a step of forming a second unitary material for the commutator segments, a step of fixing the first unitary material and the second unitary material together to form a pre-commutator unit so that the nails extend radially outward from the periphery of the pre-commutator unit, a step of inserting the pre-commutator unit between a pair of dies so that the dies hold the nails without a gap, and a step of charging liquid resinous material into the inside of the dies to mold the pre-commutator unit.

The fuel passage communicates with the blade ditches. Moreover, a radially-inside inner surface of the fuel passage, with respect to an axis of rotation of the impeller, from a centerline on a bottom of the fuel passage to a radially inside edge of the fuel passage is formed as an approximately quadrant curved surface.

摘要： A fuel feed apparatus is accommodated in a fuel tank. The fuel feed apparatus includes a sub-tank that is provided in a bottom of the fuel tank. The fuel feed apparatus further includes a fuel pump that is accommodated in the sub-tank. The fuel pump includes an impeller that defines a plurality of pump chambers. The fuel pump has a first suction passage through which fuel flows from outside the sub-tank into at least one of the plurality of pump chambers. 摘要： A fuel pump for supplying fuel drawn from a fuel tank into an internal combustion engine comprises a rotor, a rotation shaft, bearing members and a drawing force generative means. The rotation shaft revolves integrally with the rotor. The bearing members support both axial ends of the rotation shaft. The stator is disposed on an outer circumference of the rotor and surrounds the rotor. The drawing force generative means generates drawing force for drawing fuel from the fuel tank by means of rotation force of the rotor. The rotor has a recess in a center of its axial end portion. Moreover, at least one of the bearing members is disposed in the recess.

摘要： In a fuel pump, four permanent magnets are installed in a housing. An armature is installed inside the permanent magnets rotatably. Six magnetic pole coil portions of the armature are installed in a central core. Each magnetic pole coil portion has a coil core, a bobbin and a coil formed by winding a winding on the bobbin in a concentrated winding form. Each coil core has an outer region in opposition to the permanent magnet in a direction of revolution, and a board-shaped coil-winding portion extending from the outer region toward the central core. Each bobbin covers the coil core except for the outer surface of the outer region and a convex portion.

摘要： A fuel injection valve, having an injector pipe containing a needle valve therein, an electromagnetic coil for driving the needle valve and a yoke forming a magnetic circuit, intermittently injects fuel fed from the top of the injection valve to an internal combustion engine according to longitudinal movement of the needle valve. The injector pipe is made of a compound magnetic material and formed into a single piece by a drawing process, the single piece including two magnetic portions and a non-magnetic portion interposed between two magnetic portions. The non-magnetic portion intercepts magnetic flux flow between the magnetic portions. The electromagnetic coil is molded by resin together with other components, and the yoke is formed separately. The yoke is mounted on the molded coil from its lateral side, making an assembly including the coil and the yoke. The injector pipe is inserted into a bore formed in the coil, and then the yoke is connected to the injector pipe by welding. The yoke and the molded coil are designed so that they are automatically positioned at a right place when they are assembled. Thus, the fuel injection valve is easily assembled in a simple process and at a low cost.
