摘要: A transistor comprises a drain, a gate, a source, a body terminal and a body resistance. The drain is connected to a supply voltage line to receive a supply voltage. The gate is connected to a control voltage line to receive a control voltage. The source is connected to a input line to receive a input radio frequency signal. The body terminal is connected to the drain. The body resistance is disposed between the drain and the body terminal. By the foregoing configuration, the leakage current of the substrate is reduced and the threshold voltage of the transistor is reduced to conform to the present low power design.

摘要: In this invention, chromatography is integrated on a centrifugal platform to enable low-cost automated purification. Differing from the traditional chromatography method, purification and separation of a centrifugal compound collecting platform disclosed in the present invention mainly uses a centrifugal force to drive the fluid to flow outward in the radial direction when the motor rotates. The compounds to be separated react with the column packing during the flow, and the compounds with different polarities in the sample are gradually separated. The flow of the fluid can be governed by the motor and the geometry of the fluidic design such that compounds with different characteristics can be separated and collected in different collecting chambers.

摘要: The invention relates to a packaging structure of an energy storage device. At least one unit cell of capacitor is stacked and packaged into the energy storage device. The unit cell is a sandwich structure comprising a solid-state polymer electrolyte between two modified carbonaceous electrodes. An assembly of at least one unit cell of capacitor can be packaged by metallic cases to form a coin cell type or screw type of the packaging structure, packaged with a plastic case by compression molding or injection molding, or packaged by a plastic bag or an aluminum-foil bag and sealed by heat sealing or vacuum heat sealing. Manufacture processes for traditional capacitor modules, such as drilling, welding, screwing, and making scaffolds, are not required. Although the packaging process is simpler and less expensive, the packaged energy storage device can perform better than traditional capacitor modules.
