摘要: A silicon oxide film 113 is formed on the vibrating parts 102 and 103 of an MEMS-type electrostatically-actuated flexural vibrator. At least one structure where no oxide film is formed is provided near the vibrating parts 102 and 103. By employing a structure in which both ends of the structure and both ends of the vibrating parts 102 and 103 are integrally formed, a compressive stress is applied to the vibrating parts 102 and 103. As a result, the frequency temperature characteristics can be improved.

摘要: A blood viscosity measurement device has a flow rate calculating section that calculates a flow rate of blood flowing through a blood vessel of a living body. An inner diameter calculating section calculates an inner diameter of the blood vessel. A blood pressure data acquiring device acquires blood pressure data corresponding to a blood pressure of the blood vessel. A viscosity calculating section calculates a viscosity of the blood flowing through the blood vessel using each of the calculated flow rate, the calculated inner diameter, and the acquired blood pressure data.

摘要: The present invention provides a defect inspecting apparatus which can easily and accurately carry out the inspection of a defect in a recording medium and which does not require electrical image processing or image processing by means of software in order to eliminate a regular pattern. This defect inspecting apparatus has an optical image forming system, such as a microscope, which enlarges an optical recording area of an optical recording medium having a regular pattern and an image processing part which converts the enlarged image sent from the optical image forming system into an image signal and detects the defect in the optical recording area from the image signal. In addition, a space filter which eliminates the space frequency component of the regular pattern is mounted on the optical image forming system.

摘要: A method and apparatus for detecting a focussing position wherein a difference between photoelectric outputs from two photodetectors is amplified by a differential amplifier to detect a deviation of a focal point of a reader/writer head in the reading/writing operation for an optical recording medium.Prior to the amplification of the difference between the photoelectric outputs from the photodetectors, the output voltage from one of the photodetectors is changed to be input to the differential amplifier and the changing ratio is set so that the output from the differential amplifier will be zero when focalized. For this purpose, a voltage changing device for changing the photoelectric output from the photodetector is provided between an output of the photodetector and an input of the differential amplifier.

摘要: A blood rheology measurement device measures a blood rheology of blood flowing through an artery inside of a living body from outside of the living body. The blood rheology measurement device has a sensor that detects a flow rate of blood flowing through the artery and a pulsatile displacement that varies with an elapse of time. The pulsatile displacement corresponds to a displacement of the artery in a diameter direction thereof due to expansion and contraction of the artery resulting from a pulsatile motion of the heart. A calculating section calculates the blood rheology of blood flowing through the artery on the basis of the blood flow rate and the pulsatile displacement detected by the sensor.
