    摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor formed with a dielectric coating and a solid electrolyte layer successively formed on a surface of an anode body, wherein the solid electrolyte layer includes a conductive polymer containing at least a tetrahydronaphthalenesulfonate ion and a naphthalenesulfonate ion as dopants or a conductive polymer containing at least a tetrahydronaphthalenesulfonate ion and a benzenesulfonate ion as dopants. As a result, a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR and a good heat resistance is provided.

    摘要: An electric double layer capacitor is provided with a cell, in which a pair of polarizable electrodes, which are impregnated with an electrolyte, are disposed in opposition on either side of a separator; wherein the polarizable electrodes are provided with collector electrodes, a peripheral portion of the cell is sealed by a sealing member composed of synthetic resin, and the sealing member is formed by abutting two case halves. A manufacturing method for the capacitor includes a process step of providing at least one long slit in the collector electrodes; a step of forming the case halves formed by insert molding on the collector electrodes and filling the slit, the case halves comprising a recess, one side of which extends in the lengthwise direction of the slit and, the cell being fitted into a portion inward from the slit; and a step of joining the case halves by abutting the case halves and applying ultrasonic vibration either in a perpendicular direction or a diagonal direction with respect to the lengthwise direction of the slit.

The conductive polymer can further contain a tetrahydronaphthalenesulfonate ion, a naphthalenesulfonate ion or a benzenesulfonate ion as the dopant. As a result, a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR and a good heat resistance is provided.

    摘要: An electric double layer capacitor is provided with a cell, in which a pair of polarizable electrodes, which are impregnated with an electrolyte, are disposed in opposition on either side of a separator; wherein the polarizable electrodes are provided with collector electrodes, and a peripheral portion of the cell is sealed by a sealing member composed of synthetic resin. The collector electrodes are composed of an alloy made of crystal grains of differing components and the collector electrodes pass through the sealing member while in intimate contact with the sealing member, extending to the outside of the sealing member. A metal plated layer made of crystal grains of a single component is formed on those locations on the collector electrodes that pass through the sealing member.

    摘要: A combined thin film magnetic head includes a magnetoresistive reproducing head part and an inductive recording head part. The magnetoresistive reproducing head part is defined between a lower shielding layer and a merged core layer. The inductive recording head part is defined between the merged core layer and an upper core layer and is configured to specify a track width for the recording head part by providing the upper core layer in a localized region W.sub.2. A method of fabricating the magnetic head includes steps of forming an etching-protective layer on a gap layer so as to provide an exposed region W.sub.1 left uncovered which is larger than the localized region W.sub.2 in which the upper core layer is to be finally confined, depositing the upper core layer over the entire surfaces thereof, and etching the upper core layer so as to finally confine the etched upper core layer in the localized region W.sub.2. In a preliminary process, the merged core layer is formed to have an elevated part at a location corresponding to the localized region, and an insulating layer is deposited around the elevated part of the merged core layer, before the gap layer is deposited entirely over the elevated part and the localized region.
