The method is essentially based on the determination of a fatty acid binding protein from the liver, L-FABP. The use of said method provides an early indication of carcinogenic and tumour-promoting characteristics of the tested substance or mixture of substances.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a method for analyzing at least one test sample, wherein said test sample comprises at least one compound, said method comprising the steps of: a) providing at least one test sample comprising at least one compound; b) determining said at least one compound in said test sample whereby raw results are generated; and c) analyzing the raw results obtained in step b), wherein the analysis of said at least one test sample is accompanied by an analysis of at least one reference sample; and wherein the test sample and the reference sample are analyzed in an identical sequence in each step of the method. Moreover, the present invention further encompasses a system for carrying out said method comprising operatively linked to each other: (a) means for determining a compound; (b) means for monitoring process parameters, (c) means for analyzing raw results obtained from the means according to (a), wherein said means for analyzing raw results comprise: (i) a first database comprising raw results received from the means according to (a); (ii) a second database comprising monitored process parameters received from the means according to (b); (iii) a third database comprising rules for evaluating the raw results; and (iv) a fourth database comprising allocated results of identified compounds; wherein at least the second, third and fourth database are operatively linked to the first database.
