An air interface synchronization method is provided. The method includes that: a home-eNodeB which is not synchronized with an eNodeB, intercepts a synchronization subframe transmitted from the eNodeB and/or the home-eNodeB which was already synchronized with the eNodeB, a synchronization reference base station is selected from the base station which transmits the intercepted synchronization subframe, wherein the synchronization subframe includes a special synchronization channel for broadcasting synchronization sequence; the synchronization sequence is obtained, which is broadcasted in the special synchronization channel of the synchronization subframe transmitted by the synchronization reference station, and the synchronization with the synchronization base station is performed according to the synchronization sequence. Also, an air interface synchronization system, an eNodeB and a home-eNodeB are provided. The problem in prior art that the source is wasted in the process of synchronization is solved according to the method, the system, the eNodeB and the home-eNodeB.
Abstract:
A method and device for scheduling downlink subframes are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, in which a control section of one subframe schedules data sections of one or more other subframes, making it possible to greatly save an overhead of control signaling to thereby have more resources for transmission of data and improve the performance of a system as compared with traditional scheduling of a single subframe.
Abstract:
A power system energy management system with dynamic state estimation (DSE) is disclosed wherein system dynamic states are estimated using SCADA measurements, PMU measurements, signals of controllers, digital recorders, protection devices, and smart electronic devices. The DSE is solved first by Unscented Kalman Filter, and if the Unscented Kalman Filter is failed, weighted lease square is used to solve the DSE. If weighted lease square is failed, integration method is used to calculate the dynamic states. In another aspect, Unscented Kalman Filter, weighted lease square, and integration calculation are applied to solve the DSE by nodal parallel computing for each generation system.

Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a CSI-RS transmission method, an inspection method and a device thereof. The transmission method comprises: transmitting a CSI-RS via any downlink subframe other than a special subframe, a downlink subframe transmitting a control message, or a downlink subframe transmitting a system message. Embodiments of the present invention enable the CSI-RS to be prevented from conflicting with the control message, the system message, and a message carried by the special subframe.

Abstract:
A community antenna system in a closed loop mode and a method thereof are provided, the system includes two groups of pre-weighting processing modules, beamforming modules and antenna arrays connected in turn. The method includes the following processes: performing the pre-weighting processing on a transmission signal respectively according to the channel information corresponding to each of two antenna arrays; determining beamforming weight vectors according to two groups of steering vectors corresponding to the two antenna arrays, and performing weighting processing on the two pre-weighting processed transmission signals respectively to form two directional beams directed to the receiving antenna of a target mobile terminal; and transmitting the two directional beams via two antenna arrays with orthogonal polarization modes respectively.
Abstract:
A method and device for determining an antenna cooperation set, and a method and device for determining a base station cooperation set in the mobile communication field are provided. The method includes that a signal joint processing system obtains the channel quality between a mobile terminal and at least two base stations, determines the base stations, which are corresponding to the channel quality higher than the channel quality threshold, as the cooperation base station set of the mobile terminal. Because the channel quality between the mobile terminal and the antenna of each base station is used to determine the cooperation antenna set dynamically, therefore, the determined cooperation antenna set includes the antennae that have very strong interference to the mobile terminal, or the antennae that have been strongly interfered by the mobile station. By performing signal joint processing to the antennae, signal interference among adjacent cells can be reduced, better accuracy for detecting mobile terminal signals can be obtained, the accuracy for receiving signals by the mobile station is improved, and namely the communication quality between the mobile terminal and the base stations is improved.
