    摘要: There is provided a linear amplifier capable of suppressing a reduction in bandwidth and reducing a ripple voltage by using a source follower and a local feedback loop. The linear amplifier includes an amplifier amplifying an input signal according to a difference in signal level between the input signal and a feedback signal, and a buffer buffering a signal amplified in the amplifier by a source follow method, suppressing a reduction in bandwidth of the signal, outputting the signal, and providing the bufferred signal to the amplifier as the feedback signal.

    摘要: An apparatus for distinguishing an energy band of a photon in a readout circuit that counts photons in multi-energy radiation incident onto a sensor for each energy band includes an integrator configured to accumulate an electric signal received from the sensor that has undergone photoelectric conversion from the photon; a comparator configured to compare an accumulated electric signal received from the integrator with one of a plurality of threshold values; and a signal processor configured to instruct sequential switching from one of the plurality of threshold values to another one of the plurality of threshold values according to a result of a comparison received from the comparator; and output a digital signal that distinguishes an energy band of the photon based on results received from the comparator of sequential comparisons of the accumulated electric signal with the plurality of threshold values.

    摘要: There is provided an active matrix organic light emitting diode display including: a data driving unit converting previously prepared correction data into a correction signal and generates a driving signal according to the analog correction signal; a pixel unit having an organic light emitting diode (OLED) between first and second power supply terminals receiving first and second powers, respectively, charging a value corresponding to the correction data according to the driving signal in a predetermined programming period, detecting the driving signal in order to detect deterioration, and allowing current to flow through the OLED according to the value charged in the predetermined programming period in a predetermined holding period; and an ADC detecting deterioration voltage corresponding to the driving signal having deterioration information of the OLED of the pixel unit in the holding period.

    摘要: A discharge lamp driving circuit includes an inverter, a ballast capacitor, a discharge lamp, and a lamp current detecting circuit. The inverter converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage with high frequency to output the AC voltage to an output port based on a pulse width modulation control signal. The lamp current detecting circuit outputs a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal according to a voltage across the ballast capacitor to generate a lamp current sensing voltage that is proportional to a lamp current flowing through the discharge lamp. The pulse width modulation control signal has a width varying with amplitude of the lamp current so that the lamp current may be accurately detected.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a divide-add circuit and a high-resolution Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) using the same. The DAC includes a plurality of DAC units and one or more divide-add circuit units. The plurality of DAC units performs Digital-Analog (DA) conversion on two or more segmented codes, into which an input digital code is segmented. The one or more divide-add circuit units is configured to be each composed only of capacitors and switches and to generate a final DA conversion output for the entire input digital code based on the voltages of the DAC units. Accordingly, a high resolution of more than ten bits can be implemented.
