摘要: Provided is a mounting apparatus which mounts a chip component on a circuit pattern on a circuit board having a plurality of circuit patterns formed thereon. The mounting apparatus is provided with a plurality of bonding tools each of which mounts the chip component on each of the circuit patterns on the circuit board. Each bonding tool is provided with, within a region on the circuit board where the chip component is to be mounted, an exclusive mounting region where only each bonding tool can mount the chip component, and a common mounting region where both the bonding tool and the adjacent bonding tool can mount the chip component. A mounting method is also provided. The mounting tact time of the chip components can be shortened even in case where a plurality of circuit patterns are formed on the circuit board and a failure circuit pattern is included among the circuit patterns which have been formed.

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit has an internal circuit having an input terminal connected to a connection terminal, a protection circuit that discharges an over-voltage supplied to the connection terminal to a power line. The protection circuit includes a first discharge circuit connected to the connection terminal, a second discharge circuit connected to the connection terminal and discharges the over-voltage to the power line, and an over-voltage detect circuit that detects a discharge current flowing through the second discharge circuit and generates an over-voltage detect signal when the discharge current is detected. The first discharge circuit is disabled to discharge the over-voltage when the over-voltage detect signal is supplied.

摘要: Provided is a liquid crystal component manufacturing method wherein a gap between a panel surface of a liquid crystal module and a transparent cover is filled with a transparent resin, then, the liquid crystal module and the transparent cover are bonded by curing the resin. In the method, at the peripheral section of at least one surface of the panel surface and the facing surface of the transparent cover, the resin is applied, then, a dam is formed by semi-curing the resin. At the same time, the resin is applied to the center, the panel surface and the transparent cover are permitted to face, and the resin applied at the center is pushed to spread by reducing the gap between the facing panel surface and the transparent cover. The resin pushed to spread is dammed up by the dam, and the whole resin that exists in the gap is cured. An apparatus for manufacturing the liquid crystal component is also provided. An optical resin layer recently developed and made known to the public is formed between the liquid crystal module panel surface and the transparent cover in desirable mode.

摘要: A first rotor (24; 124) and a second rotor (25; 125) are arranged in a coaxial and mutually rotatable relationship and are provided with a first driven gear (41; 141) and a second driven gear (42; 142), respectively. A drive shaft (31; 131) is also provided with a first drive gear (43; 143) and a second drive gear (44; 144) which are commonly connected to an output shaft of an electric motor (32; 132), and mesh with the first and second driven gears, respectively, at slightly different gear ratios. The first and second rotors are connected via a thread feed mechanism (36; 136) that converts a relative rotation between the first and second rotors into an axial linear movement between the first and second rotors that is used for changing a distance between a vehicle body part and a corresponding end of a suspension spring in a vehicle height adjusting system (9; 109). Owing to a differential rotation of a high gear ratio between the first and second rotors, a significant torque amplification is possible with a compact arrangement. The use of spur gears instead of a worm gear mechanism minimizes torque loss.
