The system of controlling a diameter of a single crystal ingot includes: a diameter measuring sensor measuring a diameter of a single crystal ingot; a Low-Pass Filter (LPF) removing short period noise from measured data from the diameter measuring sensor; and an Automatic Diameter Control (ADC) sensor controlling the diameter of the single crystal ingot through controlling of a pull speed by using data having the noise removed as current data.

摘要： Provided is a backlight unit with an extending portion that extends from one of a plurality of sheets included in an optical sheet. The optical sheet is on a light guide plate, and a light emitting diode chip is disposed at a side of the light guide plate. A portion of a flexible printed circuit board, to which the light emitting diode chip is mounted, overlaps a portion of the light guide plate. The extending portion overlaps the portion of the flexible printed circuit board. Thus, the occurrence of lines of light due to light progressing between the light guide plate and the flexible printed circuit board can be prevented, thereby obtaining uniform brightness and improving image quality.

摘要： The present invention is related to a biomarker for diagnosis of canine cancer, wherein the biomarker is KMO (kynureinie 3-monooxygenase) gene, and the canine cancers including CTVT (canine transmissible venereal tumor) and MGT (mammary gland tumor). The expression level of KMO gene in canine malignant tumor tissues is up-regulated as compared with benign tissues. Furthermore, the expression level of KMO gene in malignant tumor tissue is higher than in the non-metastasis tumor tissue. By detection of the expression level of the present invention biomarker in suspecting tissue specimen, malignancy of tumor tissues can be determined correctly and rapidly.
