    摘要： A nongelling and noncrosslinked, highly branched or hyperbranched polyester, obtained by reacting at least one selected from the group consisting of a monocarboxylic acid, a dicarboxylic acid, a tricarboxylic acid, a polycarboxylic acid, and a derivative thereof with at least one selected from the group consisting of a monoalcohol, a diol, a triol, a tetraol, and a polyol, wherein an average functionality of the carboxyl groups (f.A) and the hydroxyl groups (f.B) in a notionally hydrolyzed polyester satisfies a relation: f.A+f.B>4, a mole fraction of the carboxyl groups (x.A) in the notionally hydrolyzed polyester satisfies a relation: f.A/[(f.A*f.B)+f.A]≦x≦(f.A*f.B)/[(f.A*f.B)+f.B], and a degree of conversion (U) of the deficit functionality satisfies a relation: U.min≦U≦U.max.

    摘要： A tensioner for a traction drive includes a cylinder arranged in a housing at a distance to a housing wall to thereby define an interior space which contains hydraulic fluid. A piston is received in the cylinder for back-and-forth movement and bounds a pressure chamber containing hydraulic fluid. The piston has a cylinder-distal end which is operatively connected to a spring-biased tension roller supported on a traction member. Formed between the piston and the cylinder is a leakage gap, and a reservoir for hydraulic fluid is provided in an area of the leakage gap to prevent ingress of air into the pressure chamber, when the traction drive is at a rest.

    摘要： Stabilizers composed of (I) one or more polyisocyanates having an average of from 2 to 10 isocyanate groups per molecule, preferably from 2.1 to 10, particularly preferably from 2.2 to 10, (II) per mole of isocyanate groups, from 0.1 to 1.0 mol of one or more active ingredient groups which protect plastics from degradation via heat, UV radiation, oxidation, hydrolysis, or mechanical action during processing, where the active ingredient groups have been linked to the polyisocyanates by way of functional groups A which can react with the isocyanate groups, and where the active ingredient groups have been selected from phenols, sterically hindered amines (HALS stabilizers), benzotriazoles, benzophenones, aromatic amines, or phosphites; (III) per mole of isocyanate groups, from 0 to 0.9 mol of one or more auxiliary groups which modify the properties of the stabilizer, where the auxiliary groups have been linked to the polyisocyanates by way of functional groups B which can react with the isocyanate groups.
