Abstract:
A hand rail for a walkie/rider truck and a conversely U-shaped hand rail has a grab bar, and a control housing being arranged on the grab bar which includes control elements for the lifting and lowering of the load carrying fork, for the horn and for a fast speed mode. The housing is located at the lower side of the grab bar such and the grab bar in the area of the control housing is formed such that the grab bar can be seized by the operator above the control housing in order to obtain a secure support and/or to actuate a control element.
Abstract:
A steering arm for a walkie/rider truck which has a truck body, a driving motor and load bearing means, a platform for the operator and a steering rod. Button portions extend adjacent both lateral surfaces of the horn of a steering above the grip portions and extend approximately parallel to the lateral surfaces and are supported for pivoting movement approximately about horizontal axes. The button portions are arranged such that they can be actuated by the thumb or the index finger of the hand engaging the associated grip portion.
Abstract:
A hand/co-traveller lift truck with a steering column, with a standing platform as a standing space for a co-travelling person and with a holding bar which extends essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the lift truck and which is arranged between the steering column and load region, said holding bar being for the co-travelling person, in particular for firmly holding onto during the driving operation, and on which there is provided a switch means for controlling the truck functions, wherein the switch means comprises at least one switch box which is arranged outside the middle longitudinal axis of the lift truck on the holding bar, in particular for operation by the co-travelling person.
Abstract:
Aqueous polymer dispersions are produced by polymerizing monoethylenically unsaturated monomers bearing acid groups in an acid, partially or totally neutralized form, optionally with other monomers that can be copolymnerized therewith in the presence of hydrophilized vegetable, animal and/or synthetic fats or oils. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the same, their use for preparing oil-in-water emulsions by admixture of another oil phase composed of vegetable, animal or synthetic oils and/of fats and/or non-self-emulsifying silicones, and their use in the field of wet currying of leather or pelts.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses the use of polymers which have built-in by polymerization 20 to 70%-wt. of a hydrophobic monomer selected from long-chain alpha-olefins, long-chain alkyl(meth)acrylates, vinyl esters of long-chain carboxylic acids, long-chain vinyl ethers, or mixtures of these monomers, 1 to 60%-wt. of a monomer with a specific polysiloxane group, and 20 to 35%-wt. water-soluble, unsaturated acids, unsaturated C.sub.4 -C.sub.6 dicarboxylic anhydrides, semi-esters or semi-amides of unsaturated C.sub.4 -C.sub.6 dicarboxylic acids, or mixtures of these monomers, in partially neutralized form as aqueous solution or dispersion, for softening, fat-liquoring and greasing, or hydrophobing leathers and furs.
Abstract:
A steering arm for a walking/rider pallet truck, the truck having a housing with an upper side and the steering arm having a steering rod which is linked to the upper side of the housing with one end, and carries a steering head at the other end. The steering head includes actuation elements for the control of functions of the pallet truck, the steering rod having an upper surface and lateral surfaces which join to the upper surface, at least the lateral surfaces being covered by a cushion.

Abstract:
A frame for the drive unit of an industrial truck, particularly a stacker lift truck which, inter alia, serves as a carrier of a lifting device and/or travel drive. The frame having a forward-facing apron formed in the shape of a bow from a cut-to-size flat sheet metal piece and a one-piece rear wall formed from a cut-to-size flat sheet metal piece connected to the apron as a carrier unit for attachment and installation parts in the drive unit, which is chamfered and, as a result, has an upper portion and lateral portions which also define visible surface portions of the casing for the drive unit.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for the fat liquoring/softening of leathers and furs by treatment with an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer obtainable by polymerization of a) maleic anhydride, b) C.sub.12 -C.sub.30 alpha-olefins, esters of (meth)acrylic acid and/or maleic acid with C.sub.12 -C.sub.30 alcohols and c) optionally, further hydrophilic, ethylenically unsaturated monomers which are copolymerizable with a) and b), reaction of the anhydride groups with monovalent alcohols comprising at least one ether functionality, and partial neutralization or hydrolysis of the residual acid or anhydride groups and manufacture of a flowable dispersion having an active substance content of at least 40%-wt.
Abstract:
A drawbar for power-operated industrial trucks with a drawbar handle which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis in a large angular range between an approximately upright position and a position inclined obliquely to vertical. The drawbar includes a drawbar head arranged at a free end of the drawbar handle, the head including a horn arranged in the extension of the drawbar handle, rod-like grips extending on both sides of the horn and approximately transversely thereto that are connected to carrier sections connected to the horn on both sides via arm sections attached to the end of a grip. The arm and carrier sections form a protective yoke with grip openings and at least one control element for a function of the industrial truck on one grip opening is arranged in the vicinity of the associated carrier section, such that it can be actuated from above by pressure from one finger, even when the hand grasps the rod-like grip facing it. The control element is constructed and arranged, such that with an approximately upright drawbar handle, it can even be actuated from the lower face of the drawbar head by finger or thumb pressure.
