The gear-integrated electric motor includes at least one heat pipe (3) which has an evaporation portion (3e) disposed in a motor area of the housing, and a condensation portion (3c) disposed in a gear mechanism area of the housing and higher than the evaporation portion with respect to the vertical direction in the horizontal position.

The rotor position is determined based on whether or not a terminal difference voltage, which is the difference voltage between the motor terminal voltage and the pseudo-neutral-point voltage when the motor phases are selectively energized, exceeds a specific threshold value. The phase energized to start the motor is determined based on this determination and the motor is energized accordingly to start.     摘要: A motor driving apparatus includes a motor driver which includes a parallel circuit in which a plurality of series circuits are connected in parallel. Each of the plurality of series circuits has a high side switching device and a low side switching device connected in series. A voltage detector detects a voltage at a neutral point of the multiphase motor and outputs the detected voltage as a first detection signal. A timing detector detects a timing at which a voltage of the first detection signal equals to a reference voltage, and outputs the detected timing as a second detection signal which is used to generate a plurality of driving signals for driving switching devices in the parallel circuit.

The joint comprises a base forming an outer circumferential side and a pair of brims respectively extending from the top and bottom of the base toward the center axis of the joint, the inner side of the brims on which the brims come into contact with the O-ring being in the form of a convex sector, of which the arc faces the O-ring. A clamp-type joint for vacuum apparatus which can exhibit stable sealing performance at a high temperature of 250° C. or more without cracking of the O-ring, as well as an outer ring and O-ring used with the clamp-type joint are provided.
