The adaptive control device is configured to perform feedback control in such a manner that an operation value is output based on a command value and a feedback value which is a sum of a controlled value output from a controlled target and a compensation value output from a parallel feed-forward compensator; wherein the parallel feed-forward compensator includes: an identification section which sequentially estimates a frequency response characteristic of the controlled target and an adjustment section which adjusts the compensation value based on the estimated frequency response characteristic.

    摘要: A cool feeling composition having an excellent cool feeling is obtained by blending at least one cool feeling agent selected from the group consisting of l-menthol, l-isopulegol, 3-(l-menthoxy)propane-1,2-diol and p-menthane-3,8-diol with vanillyl butyl ether. In this cool feeling composition, vanillyl butyl ether is preferably used in an amount, on the weight basis, {fraction (1/1000)} to 2 times as much as l-menthol, or {fraction (1/1000)} to ½time as much as l-isopulegol, 3-(l-menthoxy)propane-1,2-diol and p-menthane-3,8-diol. The cool feeling composition is capable of imparting a long-lasting and strong cool feeling when used in cosmetics, toiletries, cataplasms, bath agents, pharmaceutical compositions, etc.

    摘要: A burner for combustion of a pulverized coal mixture having two kinds of rich and lean concentration has, a height of a burner panel reduced and the overall burner simplified. A rich/lean separator (10, 20, 30) is provided within a pulverized coal conduit (2) so that a high concentration mixture is formed in an outer peripheral portion and a low concentration mixture is formed in a central portion within a single pulverized coal conduit. Thus, a rich mixture burner and a lean mixture burner, which have been conventionally provided separately, may be formed into a single burner. Recirculation of air is accelerated by a cutaway slit (20d, 30d) provided in a central portion of the rich/lean separator to make the air flow rate distribution uniform in a pulverized coal nozzle. Also, a duct and an air blow box for the combustion air to be supplied to the pulverized coal flame are not integrally formed continuous in the height direction, but are divided into a plurality of discontinuous units.

    摘要: A liquid l-n-menthol composition containing 30 to 80% by weight of (-)-n-isopulegol and a process for preparing a liquid l-n-menthol composition comprising mixing 20 to 70 parts by weight of liquid menthol at a temperature of not lower than 42.degree. C. as obtained in the production of l-n-menthol with 30 to 80 parts by weight of (-)-n-isopulegol are disclosed. Further, the liquid l-n-menthol composition in which part of the (-)-n-isopulegol is replaced with 3-l-n-menthoxypropane-1,2-diol and the process for preparing the same are also disclosed. The liquid l-n-menthol composition of the present invention is less expensive than conventionally available menthol and yet has an improved feeling of coolness (particularly, the bitterness is reduced) and can be used in place of conventional menthol. Besides, the liquid menthol composition of the present invention is excellent in workability and hygiene on use. Further, by replacing part of the (-)-n-isopulegol component with 3-l-n-menthoxypropane-1,2-diol, both the odor of menthol and the irritation on the skin by menthol can be softened, and the feeling of mildness can be more increased.

Values of .theta..sub.i for positions/postures of robot axes are determined, when a work mounted to the end of a robot hand is located adjacent to the end of a fixed tool, the tool being separated from the robot. Positions/postures Xi are determined in a reverse representation of the robot base for a coordinate system of the end of the hand, for the values of .theta..sub.i, by a forward transformation operation by which positions/postures of the end of the hand with respect to the base are determined using the values .theta..sub.i. Positions/postures T.sub.i in a matrix representation of the end of the tool in the coordinate system of the end of the hand are also determined, for the positions/postures of the axes, based on X.sub.i and predetermined positions/postures P of the end of the tool using the coordinate system of the base. Intermediate positions/postures T.sub.j each between two T.sub.i positions/postures are determined, using an interpolation function. Positions/postures X.sub.j are determined in a reverse matrix representation of the base using the coordinate system of the end of the hand based on P and T.sub.j.
