    摘要: Embodiments of the inventive concept reduce the burden of creating litigant sources of evidence or other evidentiary materials in connection with litigation in a court of law. Designation of at least one document file included in digital document information is accepted and designation of a language into which the designated document file is translated is accepted. The document file, the designation of which is accepted, is translated into the language the designation of which is accepted. A common document file representing the same content as that of the designated document file is extracted from digital document information recorded in a recording unit. Translation-related information representing that the extracted common document file is translated by invoking a translated content of the translated document file is generated, and, based on the translation-related information, a litigant-related document file is output.

    摘要: The correlation between a coded block on the screen of the current image and a plurality of candidate blocks which exist in a search area on a reference screen temporally different from the current image and which has the same area as that of the coded block is obtained to select a candidate block having the highest correlation to obtain its displacement as a primary motion vector. Then, the positional relationship between a motion vector/corresponding candidate block and the reference screen is estimated to determine whether the search area/candidate block is positioned inside of the boundary of the reference screen. When a part of the search area/candidate block is positioned outside of the boundary, the position of the primary motion vector so that the search area/candidate block is located inside of the boundary of the reference. Thereafter, a secondary motion vector is estimated using the corrected motion vector and the correction quantity to obtain a desired motion vector on the basis of the primary motion vector, the correction quantity and the secondary motion vector. Thus, the correction quantity is added during the motion vector estimation for the edge of the reference screen, to put the search area in the reference screen during the estimation of a desired motion vector, so as to improve the estimation precision.

    摘要: A detector for the rotational angle of a motor and a small brushless or stepping motor having the detector built therein are disclosed. A sensor probe of the detector is provided with a wire configuration comprising a giant magnetoresistive element (sensor element) enabled to read a change in magnetic field up to at least 10 kOe, a first sensor lead and a second sensor lead connected one each to the opposite terminals of the magnetoresistive element, and an insulating layer interposed between the two sensor leads. The sensor probe of the detector is disposed inside a motor housing as approximated closely to the magnetic teeth of a rotor of the motor. The giant magnetoresistive element is formed of a magnetic particle dispersion type giant magnetoresistive material, an artificial lattice type giant magnetoresistive material, or a colossal magnetoresistive material.
