    摘要： A method and apparatus for processing control information included in a data unit in a mobile communication system are provided. A receiver processes control information of a first type immediately irrespective of reordering of a received data unit, when the received data unit comprises the control information of the first type. The receiver processes control information of a second type after reordering of the received data unit, when the received data unit comprises the control information of the second type.

The method further comprises scheduling the different MBMS user data for broadcasting in respective subframes within a first radio frame; and scheduling a different subframe order of the different MBMS user data for broadcasting in respective subframes within a second radio frame wherein the varied subframe order is based on the MBMS service to be broadcast.

    摘要： Disclosed is method for measuring a home cell in a mobile telecommunications system, comprising acquiring, at a network, position data indicative of the position of a first user equipment, determining whether the first user equipment is close to the home cell by using the acquired position data, sending a cell measurement control message from the network to the first user equipment via a base station specifying measurements of said home cell, performing a fine position measurement at the first user equipment, determining at the first user equipment whether the first user equipment is close to the home cell, based on said fine position measurement; and taking measurements of said home cell at the first user equipment when the first user equipment is close to the home cell.

    摘要： The present invention defines an efficient method for (re)selecting a cell according to a speed of a terminal in a HetNet where cells having various regions such as macro cells, pico cells and femto cells are arranged in the same frequency band in a mobile communication system. A cell selection control method of a terminal in a mobile communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a step of receiving, from a base station, cell list information for not allowing a terminal moving at a high speed to select a cell and a step of setting the terminal so that cells included in the cell list information are considered or not considered to be targets of selection or reselection when the terminal moves at the high speed. According to the present invention, in a network consisting of various types of cells using the same frequency band, the terminal can determine whether to select or reselect a cell according to the speed of the terminal. That is, the terminal moving at the high speed does not select or reselect a frequent service cell, thereby efficiently performing the cell selection or reselection. Further, power consumption of the terminal can be reduced.
