The system includes a urea water level condition determination unit that stores a urea water level, which is measured by a level sensor provided in the urea tank, in a storage unit immediately before key-off, obtains a level difference between the urea water level stored in the storage unit and a current urea water level after key-on, and allows a diagnosis by the competence diagnosis unit through temperature comparison when the level difference is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold value.

    摘要: In this work vehicle, a control unit controls a shift in a speed gear of a transmission according to the vehicle velocity. The control unit determines whether or not the acceleration rate of the vehicle is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold when the vehicle velocity is within a predetermined first range. The control unit switches a lock-up clutch from a not-connected state to a connected state when the acceleration rate of the vehicle is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold. The control unit maintains the lock-up clutch in a not-connected state when the acceleration rate of the vehicle is greater than the predetermined threshold.

    摘要: A learning diagnostic system for a working machine is capable of making a fault diagnosis of the working machine universally relative to various types of sensor information, and preventing a failure in the working machine by enabling a fault diagnosis even in a transient operating state that represents a transitional state between operating states. A state learning device 201 sorts inputted sensor data 101a into one under a steady operating state and one under a transient operating state, and generates, through learning, steady state data 102a and intermediate state data 103a, each including a permissible error. A state diagnostic device 202 uses the steady state data 102a to determine whether an operating state of the working machine related to the inputted sensor data is the steady operating state or the transient operating state, and make a fault determination in the steady operating state. The state diagnostic device 202 also uses the intermediate state data 103a to make a fault determination in the determined transient operating state. The intermediate state data 103a also includes intermediate point information.

A plurality of temperature sensors measure temperature values of a battery. A measurement unit measures a voltage and a current of the battery. A maximum/minimum temperature selection unit in a calculation unit determines a maximum temperature and a minimum temperature from the temperature values measured by the temperature sensors. An available power calculation unit calculates respective values of maximum available charge and discharge powers or maximum available charge and discharge currents of the battery corresponding to the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature based on the voltage and the current of the battery. A selection unit selects and outputs smaller maximum available charge and discharge powers or smaller maximum available charge and discharge currents from the respective values of the maximum available charge and discharge powers or the maximum available charge and discharge currents of the battery corresponding to the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature, which are calculated by the calculation unit.

    摘要: A status detector for a power supply, a power supply, and an initial characteristic extracting device for use with the power supply, each of which can detect the status of an electricity accumulating unit with high accuracy by sequentially modifying characteristic information necessary for the status detection of the electricity accumulating unit. A measuring unit obtains measured values of at least current, voltage and temperature of the electricity accumulating unit. A processing unit executes status detection of the electricity accumulating unit by using the measured values and the characteristic information of the electricity accumulating unit which is stored in a memory unit. A discrepancy detecting unit detects the presence of a discrepancy away from a theoretical value when a result of the status detection obtained by the processing unit is changed over a predetermined threshold or reversed with respect to the measured values obtained by the measuring unit. A modifying unit modifies the characteristic information stored in the memory unit depending on the discrepancy detected by the discrepancy detecting unit.
