Each of the shift registers receives a shift start signal and at least one of first and second clock signals, of which phases are opposite to each other, and a high period of the shift start signal corresponds to two cycles of the respective clock signals so that each pixel is pre-charged from the data signal from previous block of registers before receiving the data signal for the current block thereby preventing a boundary between blocks from being visually recognized.

    摘要: In a light sensor test unit, a test circuit is built in a display panel and connected to an output node of a light sensor which senses an intensity of an external light. When external light having a predetermined intensity is provided to the light sensor, the test circuit outputs a driving signal in response to a sensing signal output from the output node. A test pixel part includes pixels selected from a plurality of pixels arranged in the display panel and receives the driving signal from the test circuit to display a gray-scale corresponding to the driving signal. A brightness measurer measures a brightness corresponding to the gray-scale displayed in the test pixel part to compare the measured brightness with a predetermined brightness, thereby testing whether the light sensor built in the display panel is normally operated.

In a level shifter, a first transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first driving voltage, and a source electrode receiving an input signal through an input terminal. A second transistor includes a drain electrode receiving the first driving voltage, and a source electrode electrically connected to a drain electrode of the first transistor through a first node. A third transistor includes a source electrode receiving a second driving voltage, a drain electrode electrically connected to a gate electrode of the second transistor through a second node, and a gate electrode receiving the input signal. A fourth transistor includes a drain electrode receiving the first driving voltage, a gate electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode of the first transistor through the first node, and a source electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode of the third transistor through the second node. An inverter inverts a signal outputted from the second node to apply the inverted signal to an output terminal.
