摘要： Disclosed are a position switch and a circuit breaker having the same. As contact plates having an elastically variable height are provided between switch blocks and switch levers, each of a testing contact plate and a running contact plate may compensate for inferior dimensioning of the switch blocks and the switch levers. This may allow a position of a breaker body to be rapidly and precisely displayed, and may prevent damage of the position switch provided at the breaker body. Furthermore, connection inferiority between a terminal of the breaker body and a terminal of a cradle may be prevented.

摘要： Disclosed is an air circuit breaker including a switching mechanism formed of a plurality of links so as to compress a closing spring by converting a rotating operation of the rotational shaft and to generate a driving force derived from an elastic restoring force of the closing spring; and a switching shaft mechanically connected to the switching mechanism so as to transfer the driving force generated from the switching mechanism to a movable contact, wherein the switching shaft is provided with a pair of holders installed at both sides from a center of the switching shaft so as to rotatably support the switching shaft at a frame supporting the both sides of the switching mechanism. Accordingly, the operation deviation of the circuit can be minimized by preventing the switching shaft from being deformed when the circuit performs a switching operation, and the lifespan of the air circuit breaker can be increased by reducing abrasion of components.

摘要： Disclosed is a circuit breaker having a cam rotation delaying function employed to block current, the circuit breaker performing a charging operation and a charting operation, the circuit breaker including a closing spring having one end portion rotatably coupled to each of plates, a driving lever rotatably installed at each of the plates and connected to another end portion of the closing spring so as to be rotated responsive to compression and extension of the closing spring, a cam rotatably installed at each of the plates and configured to press the driving lever for rotation, a link mechanism having a plurality of links rotatably installed at each of the plates and connected to the driving lever for operation, a movable contact rotatably installed at a side of each of the plates and contactable with a terminal by an operation of the link mechanism, and a cam delaying mechanism installed at each of the plates and configured to attenuate a rotational force of the cam due to a restoring force of the closing spring, whereby an excessive rotation of the cam can be prevented by the cam delaying mechanism so as to allow stable and complete toggling operation of the link mechanism and a smooth restoring operation of the closing spring, thereby providing more stable operation of the circuit breaker.

摘要： A switching mechanism of an air circuit breaker that allows the overall size of the air circuit breaker to be minimal by making the width of the switching mechanism relatively small. The switching mechanism of the air circuit breaker includes both side plates, a main shaft, a main shaft lever, a first link, a closing spring unit, a charging cam, a rotational shaft of the charging cam, a third link, a driving lever, a spring support pin and an end portion supported by the spring support pin, and a third link elastic bias spring having an end portion supported by the spring support pin and an operation portion for providing elastic force onto one surface of the third link to bias the third link to be rotated in one direction. A third link elastic bias spring directly provides the elastic force onto the third link in order to minimize the distance between a pair of driving levers and thus minimize the width of the switching mechanism.
