摘要: A rooftop shelter that can be mounted to a roof of a vehicle and can be quickly and readily assembled and disassembled. The rooftop shelter includes a body and a hinged cover that resembles a suitcase. A roof panel is pivotally coupled to the hinged cover. A left wall panel, a right wall panel, and a front wall panel can be coupled to three respective sides of the body. The body and the hinged cover in the folded state can encase the above four panels. The rooftop shelter can be set up by unfolding the hinged cover and the four panels, wherein the body, hinged cover, roof panel, left panel, right panel, and front panel together form an enclosure. This same structure can use for quick movable ground shelters.

摘要: A polymerizable composition for 3D printing includes a photocurable polymer resin and metal diboride nanosheets. The resulting polymer nanocomposite includes a polymer matrix and metal diboride nanosheets dispersed throughout the polymer matrix. A method of synthesizing a nanomaterial-containing resin for 3D printing includes preparing a dispersion of metal diboride nanosheets in a solvent, and combining the dispersion with a liquid polymer resin to yield the nanomaterial-containing resin. A method of fabricating a nanocomposite structure from the nanomaterial-containing resin includes providing the nanomaterial-containing resin to a three-dimensional printer, forming a three-dimensional structure with the three-dimensional printer, and processing the three-dimensional structure to yield the nanocomposite structure.

摘要: A method for fingerprint image recognition according to an embodiment includes ranking a plurality of target feature points acquired from a target fingerprint image according to a feature point attribute, comparing the ranked plurality of target feature points with a plurality of reference feature points in a reference fingerprint image to form an entropy map, and determining whether the target fingerprint image matches the reference fingerprint image according to the entropy map, wherein the entropy map indicates similarity between the target fingerprint image and the reference fingerprint image. The solution of the present disclosure makes full use of the acquired image information of the target fingerprint image for fingerprint recognition, thereby significantly improving the accuracy and effectiveness of fingerprint recognition.

摘要: A fingerprint sensing apparatus and a fingerprint identification method are provided. An original fingerprint image is obtained by the fingerprint sensor. An image edge block located at an edge of the original fingerprint image is selected. The image edge block is input into a neural network model to generate a predicted extension block. 摘要: The present invention relates to a urethral catheterization structure for wrapping the male penis to guide urine. It comprises a urine sheath and a leaking-stop ring. A catheterization space is formed in the urine sheath, its bottom opening is connected to the catheter and urine bag. The inner side of the top opening is surrounded with a flange ring with a concave ring groove formed inside. The leaking-stop ring is a flexible foil with a wrap opening in its center, its circumference is surrounded with a collar, which can be combined with the concave ring groove tightly, so that the leaking-stop ring is expanded stably and flat, the male penis can pass through the wrap opening, and the catheterization space is isolated from the outside, preventing the urine from leaking out, and giving the expansion-shrinkage margin of erection of penis.

摘要: Embodiments herein describe techniques for a semiconductor device including a capacitor and a transistor above the capacitor. A contact electrode may be shared between the capacitor and the transistor. The capacitor includes a first plate above a substrate, and the shared contact electrode above the first plate and separated from the first plate by a capacitor dielectric layer, where the shared contact electrode acts as a second plate for the capacitor. The transistor includes a gate electrode above the substrate and above the capacitor; a channel layer separated from the gate electrode by a gate dielectric layer, and in contact with the shared contact electrode; and a source electrode above the channel layer, separated from the gate electrode by the gate dielectric layer, and in contact with the channel layer. The shared contact electrode acts as a drain electrode of the transistor. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

摘要: This invention relates to a wrap combined in a urine sheath. The wrap is a tubular elastic and impermeable rubbery sheath with one end secured to an opening segment of the urine sheath, and the other end is expanded by the opening segment of the urine sheath to automatically form a leaking-stop ring and a wrap opening in the center of the leaking-stop ring; the wrap opening is used to wrap and position a male penis, so that the catheterization space in the urine sheath is isolated from the outside, which prevents the urine from leaking out and gives the expansion-shrinkage margin coping with a male penis erection and non-erection state, avoiding too tight constraint to the penis, so as to form a wrap combined in a urine sheath with better anti-leakage and comfortable wrapping efficiency.
