In this configuration, since installation positions of the elastic members approach a gravity center of the compressor main body, a rotation moment imparted to the elastic members can be lowered and vibration of the compressor main body can be reduced.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a suction muffler for a hermetic compressor which reduces noise of refrigerant. A plate film operating as a kind of flow resistance is provided on a refrigerant suction passage in various shapes and specific positions. Therefore, the suction muffler can effectively reduce pressure pulsation transferred to the outside and guarantee flow efficiency, although the refrigerant is directly sucked thereinto.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a valve apparatus for a hermetic compressor. In the present invention, an elastic lead (40) is integrally formed with a discharge valve (30) in order to reduce striking force generated when the discharge valve (30) strikes a valve seat (26) and to facilitate opening of the discharge valve (30). The elastic lead (40) is formed by cutting out an intermediate portion of the discharge valve (30), and a free end of the elastic lead is bent to directed to a free end (36) or a clasped portion (32) of the discharge valve (30). The free end (36) of the elastic lead (40) is supported on a bottom surface of a recess (27) in a valve plate (20), and thus, the elastic lead (40) exerts elastic force on the discharge valve (30) in a direction that the discharge valve (30) is opened. According to the present invention constructed as such, noise generated when the discharge valve (30) operates can be minimized, and opening/closing operation of the discharge valve (30) can be smoothly performed.

    摘要: A vibration reduction structure of a reciprocating compressor comprises: a case having a suction pipe for introducing a refrigerant and a discharge pipe for discharging a refrigerant at both sides thereof; an assembly installed in the case to compress a refrigerant and composed of a cylinder, a piston, a driving unit, and a discharge valve assembly; a loop pipe installed between the discharge valve assembly and the discharge pipe with a curved shape; and a connection unit for connecting a first point of the loop pipe and a second point of the loop pipe facing the first point and thereby reducing a vibration transmission. According to this, vibration generated as the piston is operated can be transmitted to the compressor through many paths including the loop pipe and the additional connection unit. Also, generated vibration can be canceled to each other due to its phase difference, thereby preventing vibration from being transmitted to the entire case. Also, a damage of the connection part of the loop pipe due to vibration can be prevented, and a reliability of the product can be enhanced.

As the exciting force exerted on the hermetic container by the loop pipe has an opposite phase to the exciting force exerted on the hermetic container by the support springs, vibration of the assembly can be offset by vibration of the loop pipe through the phase shift, and thus the overall vibration can be reduced.
