Abstract: A high-frequency component test device including a test key and a test module is provided. The test key includes a front-level key and a back-level key which are arranged symmetrically and have the same electrical length and characteristic impedance. The test module is used to measure an S parameter of the front-level key and the back-level key connected directly and an S parameter of a structure where a device under test (DUT) is added between the front-level key and the back-level key. The test module performs S parameter calculation in the frequency domain and converts the S parameter into an ABCD parameter matrix, and then obtains an ABCD parameter of a de-embedded DUT using a matrix root-opening operation and an inverse matrix operation.

Abstract: A laser slicing apparatus, in which a laser module provides a laser beam, and a light splitting element of a focusing lens set splits the laser beam into a plurality of focused laser beams to form a plurality of induce lines having first laser modified cracks in a modified layer at a predetermined depth inside a substrate. A rotating module rotates the light splitting element with an angle, and the light splitting element converts the focused laser beams according to this angle to form a plurality of modified groups between the induce lines. Each modified group includes a plurality of modified lines having second laser modified cracks, and the first laser modified cracks and the second laser modified cracks are connected to each other to form a continuous laser modified crack in the modified layer at the predetermined depth inside the substrate, thereby speeding up the laser slicing production.

Abstract: A reading device for capacitive sensing element comprises a differential capacitive sensing element, a modulator, a charge-voltage conversion circuit, a phase adjustment circuit, a demodulator and a low-pass filter. The modulator outputs a modulation signal to the common node of the capacitive sensing element and modulates the output signal of the capacitive sensing element. The two input terminals of the charge-to-voltage conversion circuit are connected to two non-common nodes of the capacitive sensing element. The charge-to-voltage converter read the output charge of the capacitive sensing element and convert it into a voltage signal. The modulator generates a demodulation signal through the phase adjustment circuit. The demodulator receives the demodulation signal from the phase adjustment circuit and demodulates the output of the charge-to-voltage conversion circuit. The low-pass filter is connected to the output of the demodulator for filtering the demodulated voltage signal to output the read signal.

A road intersection sign phase information and a road map information are inputted. An object position analysis, a speed analysis, and an sign analysis in object moving direction are performed based on the external sensor information, the road intersection sign phase information, and the road map information, and a classification of dangerous objects in different groups is outputted. According to a current transmission bandwidth limitation and the classification of the dangerous objects, a dangerous object message with a higher classification of the dangerous objects is preferentially selected and transmitted within available transmission bandwidth.
