    摘要: The present invention relates to a precast concrete member using a PC member, which comprises a prefabricated plate and fixing channels, and is used as a linear member for a column which is an axial force member, as a planar member for a wall which is an axial force member, or as a linear member for a beam or a girder which is a flexural member. A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a premade precast concrete member having a PC body formed at a predetermined length and multiple steel reinforcements embedded within the PC body along the longitudinal direction, the precast concrete member comprising: a plate assembly in which a pair of board-like plates having a pair of coupling holes formed to be penetrated at a regular interval are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other and to face each other, or two pairs of board-like plates are spaced apart from each other so as to face each other, with one end of each thereof being embedded into one or both longitudinal ends of the PC body, and the other ends thereof protruding, wherein the plate assembly comprises a connecting member of which a part embedded into the PC body of the plate is welded to one side of the steel reinforcement, and both ends are respectively bolt-coupled to the coupling holes of a pair of plates so as to connect a part embedded into the PC body of a pair of facing plates; and fixing channels which comprise a U-shaped channel having an opening formed on the top thereof and multiple anchor bodies coupled to the rear surface of the U-shaped channel, the opening of the U-shaped channel comprising a rib which is formed to be bent inwardly, wherein at least two rows of fixing channels are embedded at regular intervals into one side surface of the width direction of the PC body or into at least one pair of corresponding surfaces of the width direction of the PC body.

    摘要: The present invention provides a shear reinforcement for a reinforced concrete structure which may be installed within a reinforced concrete structure after the installation of reinforcing bars during construction, in order to increase resistance against shear failure. The shear reinforcement (10) for the reinforced concrete structure includes a reinforcement bracket (20) and a connecting bar (40), wherein the reinforcement bracket (20) is disposed in a fixed number along a lengthwise direction thereof, and the connecting bar (40) is parallelly disposed in a lengthwise direction of the connecting bar (40) and fixed on each of upper anchor heads (22) of a plurality of the reinforcement brackets (20). The shear reinforcement (10) for the reinforced concrete structure according to the present invention may maximize the shear reinforcing performance of a shear reinforcement proposed by this inventor through a prior application and improve the convenience of work.

    摘要: In a laser irradiation device, a patterning method and a method of fabricating an Organic Light Emitting Display (OLED) using the same. The laser irradiation device includes a light source, a mask, a projection lens, and a Fresnel lens formed at a predetermined portion of the mask to change an optical path. When an organic layer pattern is formed using the laser irradiation device, laser radiation is irradiated onto a region of an organic layer, which is to be cut, and the laser radiation is appropriately irradiated onto a region of the organic layer, which is to be separated from a donor substrate. The laser radiation irradiated onto an edge of the organic layer pattern has a laser energy density greater than that of the laser radiation irradiated onto other portions of the organic layer pattern. As a result, it is possible to form a uniform organic layer pattern and reduce damage of the organic layer.

The power conversion apparatus includes: a rectifying unit including a silicon-controlled rectifier thyristor (SCR) for rectifying single-phase power externally inputted; a power factor correcting unit configured to correct a power factor of the power rectified by the rectifying unit; and a control signal generating unit configured to detect a zero-crossing point based on the single-phase power inputted and generate a pulse single of which a width increases as time elapses based on the detected zero-crossing point. The rectifying unit rectifies the single-phase power by using the pulse signal inputted to a gate terminal of the SCR.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna with a multi-band characteristic which includes a plurality of MIMO antenna, each having a pair of antenna elements, to support multiple bands, and is capable of guaranteeing high antenna efficiency for different bands by minimizing an interference between antenna elements of each MIMO antenna to improve an isolation characteristic. The MIMO antenna system having a multi-band characteristic, which includes two pairs of antenna patterns to support different band and coupling antenna parts separated from and coupled with the pairs of antenna patterns, can improve an isolation through the coupling antenna parts and guarantee an antenna gain. Moreover, since signal interference caused by the coupling effect can be cancelled to guarantee a band width with no change in antenna characteristics, it is possible to constructing two or more antennas to support a multi-band while guaranteeing stable operation of the antennas.

The light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting cells and metallic wirings electrically connecting the light emitting cells with one another. Further, each of the light emitting cells includes a first conductive type semiconductor layer, a second conductive type semiconductor layer disposed on one region of the first conductive type semiconductor layer, and an active layer interposed between the first and second conductive type semiconductor layers. In addition, a photonic crystal structure is formed in the second conductive type semiconductor layer. The photonic crystal structure prevents light emitted from the active layer from laterally propagating by means of a periodic array, such that light extraction efficiency of the light emitting device can be improved. Furthermore, the metallic wirings electrically connect a plurality of light emitting cells with one another such that an AC light emitting device can be provided.
