摘要： A heat-dissipating black resin composition having excellent physical properties such as heat-dissipation, workability, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, coating adherence and gloss, and being free from chromium and used for surface treatment of a zinc coated steel sheet and a zinc coated steel sheet treated thereby. The composition includes, based on 100 parts by weight: 10 to 60 parts by weight of a resin composition which at least one main resin and a melamine-based curing agent are mixed in a weight ratio of 10:2-7, the main resin being selected from the group consisting of polyester, epoxy, polyolefin, polyurethane, fluorine, phenol, acryl and polycarbonate resins; 1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of carbon black and carbon nano tube; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a matting agent; and a solvent.

摘要： A resin-coated steel sheet having excellent properties such as electroconductivity, electrostatic earth property, fingerprint resistance, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, workability, press formability, workability at multi-processed part, electromagnetic shielding property, adhesion, and heat release property, a resin composition and a surface treatment composition therefore are provided. The resin-coated steel sheet comprising a base steel sheet; and a resin-coating film formed of a resin composition on the surfaces of the base steel sheet, the resin composition comprising a main resin/a melamine-based curing agent composition, a pigment, a flatting agent and at least one of a fingerprint-resistant additive and an electroconductive additive is provided. The resin composition and the surface treatment composition comprising polyethylene acrylate resin and/or polyurethane resin, a melamine-based curing agent, a silane coupling agent, a metal silicate compound and a titanium compound are also provided.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a weldable pre-sealed steel sheet with improved corrosion resistance and weldability. The pre-sealed steel sheet comprises (a) a metal base, (b) a chromium-free pre-treatment coating layer formed on at least one surface of the metal base, and (c) a pre-sealed resin coating layer formed on at least one surface Chromium-free pretreatment of the chromium-free pretreatment coating layer. Since the weldable pre-sealed steel sheet does not contains heavy metals (e.g., chromium) harmful to humans, it is environmentally friendly. In addition, the weldable pre-sealed steel sheet exhibits superior corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, processability, electrodeposition paintability and adhesiveness after processing, as well as improved weldability.

摘要： A coating composition for zinc- and zinc alloy-coated steel sheets includes: 1 to 30% by weight of hypophosphorous acid, 0.1 to 10% by weight of manganese, 0.01 to 5% by weight of a polyvinyl compound, zinc oxide and the balance of water, and further comprises 20% by weight or less of alcohol, when necessary, wherein the zinc oxide is included in such a content that, when 50 Ml (milliliters) of the coating composition is neutralized and titrated with 0.1N NaOH, the NaOH used for the neutralization titration is present in an amount of 10.0 Ml (milliliters) or less, and a content of free acid in the coating composition is adjusted to such an amount that, when 50 Ml (milliliters) of the coating composition is neutralized and titrated with 0.1N NaOH, the NaOH used for the neutralization titration is present in an amount of 10.0 Ml (milliliters) or less. The coating film formed on the steel sheet using the coating composition shows excellent properties such as lubricating property, adhesion and coating removal property, and also has a fine surface appearance.

摘要： A resin composition for a pre-coated steel sheet having good processibility, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, and a pre-coated steel sheet fabricated by using the resin composition are disclosed. The resin composition includes a 10 to 40 parts by weight of a hardener comprising end-capped blocked polyisocyanate and a melamine resin by 2:1 to 3:1 by parts by weight and 0. 1 to 10 parts by weight of organized layered nano-clay, based on a 100 parts by weight of a base resin. The pre-coated steel sheet obtained by the method exhibits good processibility, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

摘要： Provided are a polymer capsule in which an organic corrosion inhibitor is encapsulated, a method of preparing the same, a composition having the same, and a steel sheet whose surface is treated using the same. The polymer capsule prepared to include a core layer polymer having a hydrophilic acid group and at least one shell layer surrounding the core layer through continuous emulsion polymerization may have an organic corrosion inhibitor effectively encapsulated. The corrosion inhibitor may be released from the capsule in a corrosive environment, thereby enhancing corrosion resistance of the steel sheet.

The winding part is formed to have rounded corners and a height lower than the height of the inner part, and a connection part is obliquely formed between the winding part and the inner part so that the winding part and the inner part are naturally connected.
