摘要： A combustor generally includes a liner that at least partially defines a combustion chamber within the combustor. The liner may generally include a hole that extends through the liner and that at least partially defines a mating surface. An insert having an outer surface extends at least partially through the hole. A projection that at least partially defines a mating surface at least partially circumferentially surrounds the insert outer surface. A joint between the projection mating surface and the hole mating surface provides a connection point between the projection mating surface and the liner hole mating surface.

摘要： A fuel nozzle assembly for a gas turbine includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced vanes with holes for flowing fuel from plenums within the vanes through holes in the vane walls for premixing with air. To tune the nozzle assembly, the holes are resized by reforming the existing holes to a predetermined hole size, securing plugs into the holes, and forming holes through at least certain of the plugs to diameters less than the diameter of the existing holes.

摘要： A micromixer assembly of a turbine system includes a plate having at least one aperture comprising a receiving diameter. Also included is at least one tube having an inlet and an outlet for receiving a flow and dispersing the flow to a combustor, wherein the at least one tube includes an inner diameter and an outer diameter, wherein the outer diameter is configured to fit within the receiving diameter of the at least one aperture, wherein the at least one tube is operably coupled at a location on the outer diameter to the receiving diameter of the at least one aperture by exerting a radial force on the inner diameter of the tube.
