    摘要: A plurality of personal units for aircraft passengers is provided. Each personal unit is arranged to define a longitudinal axis. The personal units are arranged to form first and second columns along a floor to define respective first and second column axes, the personal units in each column being arranged side-by-side in a longitudinally offset relationship at an acute angle to the respective column axis. Each personal unit is arranged to define a personal space for accommodating a person in a seated position and accommodating the person in a recumbent position. At least some of the personal units are arranged such that a portion of the personal space of the respective personal unit is arranged in a stacked relationship, in a direction perpendicular to the floor, with respect to a portion of the personal space of a personal unit in the respective other column.

    摘要: A method for determining whether to attempt to attach to a network by a machine type communication (MTC) device is described. A triggering event is detected. A radio frame is received from a base station. The radio frame includes a current access class of the base station. The radio frame is the first radio frame to include the current access class after the triggering event. It is determined if the MTC device has access privileges to the base station. It is then decided whether to attempt to attach to a network based on if the MTC device has access privileges.

    摘要: A programmable logic device has many regions of programmable logic, together with relatively general-purpose, programmable, interconnection resources that can be used to make interconnections between virtually any of the logic regions. In addition, various types of more local interconnection resources are associated with each logic region for facilitating the making of interconnections between adjacent or nearby logic regions without the need to use the general-purpose interconnection resources for those interconnections. The local interconnection resources support flexible clustering of logic regions via relatively direct and therefore high-speed interconnections, preferably in both horizontal and vertical directions in the typically two-dimensional array of logic regions. The logic region clustering options provided by the local interconnection resources are preferably boundary-less or substantially boundary-less within the array of logic regions.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices provide improved proximity services. In one aspect, a base station includes an information generating module and an information transmission module. The information generating module generates control information for causing a mobile device to initiate a discovery signal transmission procedure. The discovery signal transmission procedure allows the mobile device to be discovered. The information transmission module transmits the control information to the mobile device. In another aspect, a mobile device includes an information receiving module, a control module, and a signal transmission module. The information receiving module receives control information. The control module initiates a discovery signal transmission procedure for proximity services responsive to the information receiving module receiving the control information. The discovery signal transmission procedure includes generating a discovery signal allowing the mobile device to be discovered. The signal transmission module broadcasts the discovery signal.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices provide improved power control for signals used for device-to-device services. In one aspect, a user equipment (“UE”) terminal controls the transmission power of signals used for device-to-device (“D2D”) services based on power control parameters provided by a base station. The UE terminal includes a first power control module for controlling a first transmission power to be applied to signals used for communication with a base station. The UE terminal also includes a second power control module for controlling a second transmission power to be applied to signals used for D2D services. The first and second transmission powers can be determined based on at least one power control parameter received from the base station. The UE terminal also includes a signal transceiver module for transmitting signals used for uplink/downlink communications using the first transmission power and transmitting signals used for D2D services using the second transmission power.
