摘要： A charging apparatus and method for a mobile terminal are provided. The apparatus and method charge a battery by identifying a charger and operating in an operation mode corresponding to the identified charger. If the mobile terminal is connected to a charger via an outer connector in order to charge the internal power source of the mobile terminal, power and a configuration signal are input from the charger, a logic characteristic is output by using the received configuration signal, and thus the charger can be exactly identified according to the power and the configuration signal. Also, since the internal power source of the mobile terminal is charged through the exactly identified charger, the internal circuit of the mobile terminal or battery can be prevented from being damaged by unstable power of the charger.

摘要： A circuit device for preventing radiation emission in a portable terminal with two cameras is provided. The device includes a first camera, a second camera, a processor, and a 3-state buffer. The processor outputs a first control signal controlling an operation of the first camera and a second control signal controlling an operation of the second camera. The 3-state buffer electrically connects between the first camera and the processor, and connects or disconnects between the first camera and the processor depending on the first control signal.

摘要： A calibration apparatus of a portable terminal capable of performing calibration without disassembling a case of the portable terminal without a cable insertion hole in the case, and a system thereof are provided. The calibration system includes a calibration jig, including a cable coupler in which a Radio Frequency (RF) cable is inserted, for insertion in a user identification card slot unit of the portable terminal which connects a wireless path between an RF communication unit of the portable terminal and the calibration jig, and blocks a second wireless path between the RF communication unit and an antenna, a measuring device for connecting with the calibration jig through the RF cable, and for exchanging a wireless signal with the RF communication unit through the first wireless path, and a computer for connecting with the measuring device and the portable terminal, and for controlling a calibration procedure of the portable terminal.
