    摘要: A method subsequently reinforces injection-molded transporters such as plastic pallets, which have support feet disposed on their underside, at least at the corners, and a groove for inserting a reinforcement profile between two support feet that stand diagonally opposite one another, and the two ends of the groove are formed by pockets shaped to correspond to the profile cross-section, disposed in the region of the support foot assigned to the groove end, in each instance. After completion of the pallet, the distance between the two pockets is increased via elastic deformation of the pallet. Afterwards, the reinforcement profile is laid into the groove, and one end of the profile is laid into one of the pockets. Thereafter, the deformation is canceled out and the pallet returns to the relaxed original state, and in this connection the other end of the reinforcement profile also dips into the corresponding pocket.

    摘要: The invention provides a transport dolly for the transport of cuboid boxes and stackable transport containers in which the upper side is used as a bearing surface for the items to be transported. The transport dolly comprises a substantially rectangular support floor which is rollable on wheels and comprises anti-slip devices. An extendable additional element is provided on each of the two transverse ends of the support floor, which additional element can be flipped outwardly by 180°. The lateral extension of the additional elements produces an enlargement of the bearing surface of the support floor. Upwardly projecting stop edges are shaped on the upper edge of the two longitudinal sides of the support floor. The additional elements, which are laterally hinge-fixed to the support floor by means of bolts in recesses of the support floor, have a thickness which ensures that, when the additional elements are retracted, the recess in the support floor is filled and the upper side of the additional element forms part of the bearing surface.

The container includes a bottom part and four sidewalls fixedly disposed on the container bottom, or hinged tiltably and latchable to one another. Preferably, the lid (3) is of two-part construction made up of two lid elements (3a, 3b), wherein the two lid elements (3a, 3b) are swingably connected together by way of a hinge-like connection. This lid (3) can only be opened from the inside of the container. When the container is transported, the lid (3) is closed and cannot be opened or manipulated from the outside. For storage, the containers are stacked in such a way that a removal opening (2) of each container is accessible from the front. Prior to stacking the containers, the lids (3) are partially or entirely opened so that the goods located in the container can be removed from the container.
