摘要： Disclosed is a graft monomer composition for thermoplastic transparent resins, a composition for thermoplastic transparent resins using the same and a thermoplastic transparent resin that exhibits superior transparency and color at low rubber contents. According to the graft monomer composition, the composition for thermoplastic transparent resins and the thermoplastic transparent resin, although the content of rubber in final products increases or the content of rubber in graft copolymers in the preparation of final products increases, the copolymer surrounds the surface of rubber well, thus reducing haze, considerably improving transparency and exhibiting excellent natural color.

摘要： The present invention relates to a transparent thermoplastic resin composition which characteristically contains A) 20-80 weight % of graft copolymer composed of a) conjugated diene rubber latex; b) intermediate layer prepared by copolymerization of acrylic acid alkylester derivative and aromatic vinyl derivative with the above a); and c) graft layer prepared by copolymerization of methacrylic acid alkylester derivative or acrylic acid alkylester derivative, a romatic vinyl derivative and vinyl cyan derivative with the above b) and B) 20-80 weight % of MSAN copolymer prepared by copolymerization of methacrylic acid alkylester derivative or acrylic acid alkylester derivative, aromatic vinyl derivative and vinyl cyan derivative. The transparent thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention has enhanced transparency, impact strength, surface gloss, weather resistance and color by being prepared by the method of the invention which is characterized by the steps of forming an intermediate layer by adding acrylic rubber to polybutadiene rubber, grafting, and regulating refractive indices of each monomers of a copolymer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing thermoplastic resin for extrusion sheets, and particularly to a process for preparing acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) thermoplastic transparent resin for extrusion sheets having superior impact resistance, chemical resistance, processability, whitening resistance, high temperature elongation, etc. and very superior transparency, by controlling a mixing ratio of a methacrylate alkylester compound or acrylate alkylester compound, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinylcyanide compound grafted on conjugated diene rubber latex of which an average particle diameter and gel contents (degree of crosslinking) are optimized to control a refractive index of the monomer mixture to be similar to that of the rubber latex, and optimizing the molecular weight.

The process of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a resin without rubber ingredient by a mass polymerization, and adding and mixing a conjugated copolymer having rubber ingredient, when the resin is molten in the latter part of monomer-removal process, to prepare an impact resistant resin composition, wherein the conjugated copolymer is previously dehydrated and dried by filtering a copolymerization liquid.

摘要： A light-diffusing resin composition is provided. The light-diffusing resin composition comprises a matrix resin containing a conjugated diene rubber resin. The matrix resin may be prepared by graft polymerization of a monomer mixture or a copolymer of an alkyl methacrylate or an alkyl acrylate, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinylcyan compound onto a conjugated diene rubber resin. The light-diffusing resin composition has advanced mechanical properties, such as high impact resistance and improved processibility.
