摘要: A method for transmitting information includes: by a NodeB, receiving a message for setting up/reconfiguring a shared Enhanced Dedicated Channel (E-DCH) transmission channel from a Radio Network Controller (RNC); and setting up the shared E-DCH transmission channel according to parameters in the message, and exchanging information with the RNC through an established shared E-DCH transmission bearer. A system and NodeB for transmitting information are also provided. With the present invention, the NodeB and the RNC can share the E-DCH transmission bearer, thus saving the channel resources between the NodeB and the RNC while speeding up the information transmission between the RNC and the NodeB.

摘要: Provided is a method of forming large-area directionally aligned nanowires on a silicon wafer surface with hydrophobic silicon pillars so as to form microelectrode-pair arrays, which belongs to the field of electronic circuit. The method includes grafting fluoroalkylsilane on the surface of a silicon wafer with hydrophilic silicon pillar arrays; increasing the contact angle between the surface of the hydrophilic silicon pillar arrays and water from 10° to 150° above and obtaining the silicon wafer with hydrophobic silicon pillar arrays; driving water solution containing materials used for forming nanowires to flow across the surface with the hydrophobic silicon pillar arrays uniformly, so that directionally aligned nanowires are formed on the tops of each two adjacent silicon pillars in the hydrophobic silicon pillar arrays; each of the nanowires connects the two adjacent silicon pillars together so as to form a microelectrode-pair, and a plurality of microelectrode-pairs constitute the microelectrode-pair arrays.

摘要: The invention relates a lockable caster wheel. The lockable caster wheel can be widely used in shopping carts, luggage carts, strollers, turnover carts, stretcher cars and many other trolleys. The controlling mechanism of the lockable caster wheel comprises a controller which comprises a signal receiving device and a locking device which is controlled by the controller. The locking mechanism further comprises a revolving damper which comprises a shell having a restricting structure and a damping wheel located inside the shell. The shell, through its restricting structure, separates from or connects with the locking device to form unlocked or locked states. The damping wheel connects with the wheel assembly. The caster wheel uses a damper. Beyond the allowed area of use, the trolleys can be slowly pushed for a few of meters because of the damper effect, but it will not suddenly stop completely. Therefore it will not present danger to the users. It can also prevent the casters from being damaged by a forceful push when they are locked.

摘要: Phosphorylation of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) by cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) is essential for opening the CFTR chloride channel. A short segment containing many negatively charged amino acids (817-838, NEG2) within the regulatory (R) domain of CFTR is a critical regulator of the chloride channel activity. Deletion of NEG2 from CFTR completely eliminates the PKA dependence of the chloride channel. Exogenous NEG2 peptide interacts with the CFTR molecule and exhibits stimulatory effects on CFTR function. Our data suggest that NEG2 interacts with other cytosolic domains of CFTR to control the opening transitions of the chloride channel.
