    摘要: A liquid drain valve assembly for a charge air cooler includes a valve housing configured to couple to the charge air cooler, the valve housing having a condensate inlet configured to receive condensate from the charge air cooler, and a condensate outlet. A valve is disposed within the valve housing. The valve includes a diaphragm seated against an inner wall of the valve housing and movable between a first position enabling condensate to flow past the diaphragm and out the condensate outlet to selectively drain condensate from the charge air cooler when the charge air cooler is not in a boosted condition, and a second position preventing condensate flow out the condensate outlet when the charge air cooler is in a boosted condition to thereby isolate the charge air cooler from the atmosphere.

A spectrometer is connected to the at least one delivery waveguide and the at least one collection waveguide, the spectrometer configured to perform spectroscopy. A controller system is configured to calculate a distance between the flexible conduit and the wall of the body lumen based on a spectroscopic measurement of the at least one primary radiation signal that traveled between the flexible conduit and body lumen.

The fixing mechanism further includes a cover portion including a board, at least one hook connected to a side of the board for hooking the base, a constraining portion connected to the side of the board for laterally constraining the at least one lateral plate, and a resilient structure connected to the constraining portion for contacting against the baffle of the bracket so as to support the electronic module resiliently.

    摘要: A vacuum-aided toilet comprises a toilet bowl, a deodorization pipeline, a flushing pipeline, a sensing switch (4) and a control device. A flushing port of the toilet bowl is communicated with the deodorization pipeline. The deodorization pipeline is communicated to a vacuum device. Inside the toilet bowl are provided a trap I (1.1), a trap II (1.2) and a draining port (1.3). The flushing pipeline being connected to the flushing port of the toilet bowl and the trap II (1.2), respectively. The sensing switch (4) is connected to a control device, which controls the deodorization pipeline and the flushing pipeline. An ejector (2.4) mounted on an air discharge pipeline (2.5) is directly driven by gas from an air outlet of a ventilating fan (2.2), so that vacuum is produced in a draining pipe. Thus the vacuum-aided toilet can save water and get rid of the odor.

The method comprises through electrochemical, photochemical or photoelectrochemical means, an etchant being generated on a surface of a tool electrode which has a nanometer-sized planeness; the generated etchant reacting with a scavenger contained in an working electrolyte solution, or decaying itself in the working electrolyte solution, such that a confined etchant liquid layer is generated on the tool electrode surface and having a confined thickness of nanoscale; and by a chemical reaction between the etchant contained in the confined etchant liquid layer and a surface of a workpiece, the surface of the workpiece being polished or planarized to a nanometer scaled profile precision and surface roughness, thereby, realizing the planarization and polishing in nano-precision for the workpiece.

    摘要: A method of etching a substrate comprises forming on the substrate, a plurality of double patterning features composed of silicon oxide, silicon nitride, or silicon oxynitride. The substrate having the double patterning features is provided to a process zone. An etching gas comprising nitrogen tri-fluoride, ammonia and hydrogen is energized in a remote chamber. The energized etching gas is introduced into the process zone to etch the double patterning features to form a solid residue on the substrate. The solid residue is sublimated by heating the substrate to a temperature of at least about 100° C.
