    摘要： A system and method for using a wireless browser to send local information from a wireless handset to a Web server. A service request received from a handset user includes the type of local information needed to carry out the request as well as the URL address of the server. The handset confirms that the input is not a telephone number to be dialed. If the input is a telephone number, the browser is terminated and the number is dialed. Otherwise, the browser acquires the local information needed to carry out the request from the handset. The local information is appended to the URL address, which is extracted from the user input, and the browser is instructed to navigate to the URL address to provide the local information to the server.

    摘要： A burn-in and electrical test system (20) includes a temperature controlled zone (22) and a cool zone (24) separated by a transition zone 25. The temperature controlled zone (22) is configured to receive a plurality of wafer cartridges (26) and connect the cartridges (26) to test electronics (28) and power electronics (30), which are mounted in the cool zone (24). Each of the wafer cartridges (26) contains a semiconductor wafer incorporating a plurality of integrated circuits. The test electronics (28) consists of a pattern generator PCB (100) and a signal driver and fault analysis PCB (102) connected together by a parallel bus (104). The pattern generator PCB (100) and the fault analysis PCB (102) are connected to a rigid signal probe PCB (104) in cartridge (26) to provide a straight through signal path. The probe PCB (104) is rigid in order to allow close control of capacitance between each signal line and a backplane, thus providing impedance controlled interconnections between a semiconductor wafer under test and the test electronics (28). The power distribution system (30) is connected to a probe power PCB (106) in the cartridge (26). The probe power PCB (106) has at least a bendable portion in order to allow it to be positioned closely adjacent to and parallel with the rigid probe PCB (104), yet extend a substantial distance away from the probe PCB (106) at its interconnection (109).

    摘要： A system and method for locating mobile telephone devices via the Web. The mobile telephone device obtains and provides its location to a Web server in GPS latitude and longitude format. The communication between the Web server and the mobile telephone device may be through a browser or through mobile originated short message service. The Web server records the location information along with the time of receipt. Over time, the Web server may record several locations for a single mobile telephone device so that the progress of the mobile unit may be mapped. The information contained in the Web server is accessible to devices with Web browsing capabilities. A Web browsing device queries the Web server for location information pertaining to a particular mobile telephone device. The Web server may require authorization for such information before sending the location to the requesting device. The location information may be sent in a text only format or as text with graphics, depending on the display capabilities of the requesting Web browsing device.

    摘要： A memory device can include a plurality of programmable elements; at least one sense circuit that generates sense data values from detected impedances of accessed programmable elements; and at least one data store circuit that stores initial data values from the at least one sense circuit, and stores output data values from the at least one sense circuit after check conditions have been applied to at least one programmable element. The check conditions can induce a change in impedance for programmable elements programmed to at least one predetermined state. Methods can include reading data from at least one memory cell of a memory device comprising a plurality of such memory cells; if the read data has a first value, providing such data as an output value; and if the read data has a second value, repeating access to the memory cell to confirm the read data value.
