摘要: A pressure damper includes a main body portion and a flexible film mounted on the main body portion. The main body portion has upper end portion, a recessed portion having an opening portion opened in the upper end portion, and a communication port opened in an inner surface of the recessed portion to communicate with an outer region of the pressure damper. The upper end portion forms at least one bank that surrounds the opening portion. The at least one bank has a height larger than a height of an upper surface of the main body portion and a width smaller than a width of a side wall of the main body portion. The flexible film is bonded to an upper surface of the bank to close the opening portion.

摘要: Provided is a pressure damper (1) including: a main body portion (2) including: a recessed portion (3) having an opening portion (10) opened in an upper end portion; and a communication port (4) opened in an inner surface of the recessed portion to communicate to an outer region; and a flexible film (5) bonded to the upper end portion to close the opening portion. The upper end portion of the main body portion includes a bank (6) provided higher than an upper surface (HS) of the main body portion and surrounding the opening portion. The flexible film is bonded to an upper surface (DS) of the bank so that a bonding surface of the main body portion bonded to the flexible film is flat to improve a bonding strength and a sealing property between the flexible film and the main body portion.

摘要: A superconducting magnet apparatus obtains high magnetic field uniformity without increasing the volume of a magnetic material even against disturbances. The superconducting magnet apparatus has a circular superconducting coil which generates a magnetic field; a coil vessel which contains the superconducting coil 11 together with refrigerant; a thermal shield arranged so as to surround the coil vessel; a vacuum vessel with inside kept vacuum which surrounds the thermal-shield; and magnetic materials and for correcting the magnetic field, the magnetic materials being arranged in the vacuum vessel; wherein the magnetic materials and are supported by a heat-insulation support medium fixed to the coil vessel.

摘要: A control device of an internal combustion engine calculates ignition delays in lean combustion and rich combustion, standardizes the ignition delays based on ignition timing, and further standardizes the ignition delays based on injection quantity and injection timing of pilot injection respectively. The control device calculates a present ignition delay by linear interpolation of the standardized ignition delays in the lean combustion and the rich combustion. Moreover, the control device corrects the present ignition delay with the ignition timing and further corrects the present ignition delay with the injection quantity and the injection timing of the pilot injection. The control device calculates a command value of the injection timing by subtracting the corrected present ignition delay from target ignition timing.

摘要: An exhaust gas cleaning apparatus includes a LNT, a fuel adding device, an exhaust gas returning passage, and a controller. The LNT is provided in an exhaust gas passage of an engine. The fuel adding device is located upstream of the LNT to add fuel to exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe. The exhaust gas returning passage branches off from the exhaust gas passage at a position downstream of the fuel adding device. The controller controls the apparatus to selectively operate in one of first and second modes according to the operating condition of the engine. In the first mode, the fuel adding device adds the fuel to the exhaust gas with the exhaust gas returning passage closed; in the second mode, the exhaust gas is partially returned to an intake air passage through the exhaust gas returning passage without the fuel being added by the fuel adding device.

摘要: When it is determined that fuel in use is low-cetane fuel or a present location point is at a high altitude, a map of rich combustion, exhaust gas fuel addition or a post-injection is rewritten on the occasion of reduction of NOx to inhibit a misfire. Also, deterioration of fuel consumption due to regeneration of a diesel particulate filter is inhibited by suppressing excessive discharge of smoke due to the rich combustion. Thus, an exhaust purification device of an internal combustion engine capable of achieving both of inhibition of the deterioration in the fuel consumption due to the regeneration of the diesel particulate filter and inhibition of torque shock accompanying the misfire during the rich combustion for the NOx reduction is provided.

摘要: A sensor signal from a speed sensor is inputted into an ECU. The ECU calculates a rotation speed of a crankshaft in a predetermined period based on the sensor signal. The rotation speed is filtered by a frequency which is defined based on a combustion frequency of the engine to obtain a value corresponding to a current torque. The ECU calculates a workload of each cylinder based on the value corresponding to the current torque, and controls characteristic of each cylinder based on the workload.

摘要: An ECU controls a rich purge in the internal combustion engine by temporarily changing an air/fuel ratio of the exhaust gas into a rich range to deoxidize and remove absorbed NOx, which is absorbed by an NOx storage and reduction catalyst of an NOx catalytic converter. The ECU changes a degree of richness of the air/fuel ratio at a time of performing the rich purge based on a state of the NOx catalytic converter.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification device senses an air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas flowing into a catalyst and performs rich purge control for supplying fuel for reduction to the catalyst. The device calculates a total reducing agent amount consumed for the reduction during the rich purge control based on the air-fuel ratio and a fresh air amount as of the rich purge control. The device sets a specified air-fuel ratio state for controlling the air-fuel ratio in a certain range enabling more precise measurement of the air-fuel ratio than in the rich purge control. The device corrects the total reducing agent amount based on a difference between an injection amount command value as of the rich purge control and the injection amount command value in the specified air-fuel ratio state and the air-fuel ratio sensed in the specified air-fuel ratio state.

摘要: An NOx catalytic converter, which includes an NOx storage and reduction catalyst, absorbs NOx contained in exhaust gas of an engine. The absorbed NOx is deoxidized and eliminated when an NOx deoxidizing agent is supplied to the catalytic converter. An ECU determines a purifying performance of the catalytic converter based on one of an amount of supplied NOx deoxidizing agent, which is required to deoxidize and remove absorbed NOx at the NOx catalytic converter, and a parameter that correlates with the amount of the supplied NOx deoxidizing agent. The ECU prohibits the determining of the purifying performance of the catalytic converter when it is determined that supplied unburnt fuel, which is supplied to the catalytic converter, is in an excessive state.
