    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of recycling a spent flue gas denitration catalyst and a method of determining a washing time of the spent flue gas denitration catalyst. The method of recycling the spent flue gas denitration catalyst includes physically removing solids deposited in the spent flue gas denitration catalyst, removing poisoning substances deposited in the spent flue gas denitration catalyst by washing the spent flue gas denitration catalyst with a washing liquid for a washing time determined by measuring the hydrogen ion concentration of the washing liquid and drying the resulting spent flue gas denitration catalyst.

    Abstract: The present invention is related to an apparatus and a method for converting gas into fuel. The apparatus for converting gas into fuel in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can include: a first gas processing unit discharging first fuel gas by removing hydrogen sulfide in the raw gas by spraying a solution; a second gas processing unit discharging second fuel gas by removing moisture in the first fuel gas; a third gas processing unit discharging third fuel gas by removing hydrogen sulfide remaining in the second fuel gas; and a solution reservoir supplied with the solution from at least one of the second gas processing unit and the third gas processing unit and storing the solution.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a catalyst for removing NOx from flue gas and its preparation. The catalyst comprises vanadium pentoxide, and barium oxide or calcium oxide as active components on a titanium dioxide support and is prepared by uniformly dispersing the metal oxides on the surface of the titanium dioxide support. This support is prepared by sufficiently drying and calcining a metatitanate (TiO(OH)2)-predominating slurry which is obtained from the course of the production of titanium dioxide for pigment from ilmenite. The catalyst exbihits excellent NOx removal activity as well as high durability against SO2, so that it can remove NOx for relatively longer period of time without being deteriorated by the poisoning induced by SO2 and significantly contribute to the prevention of plugging and corrosion of the downstream of a SCR reactor system.
