摘要： A document processing device comprises: a document data acquiring part for acquiring document data; a character string extracting part for extracting character strings satisfying a predetermined condition for character string extraction from the document data acquired by the document data acquiring part; a format creating part for deriving the respective features of the character strings extracted by the character string extracting part, and for creating a format containing the derived features in the form of data; a display part on which the character strings extracted by the character string extracting part are displayed in a list form, and on which the format created by the format creating part is displayed; and a format correcting part for correcting the format displayed on the display part. The character string extracting part extracts character strings again to conform to the format corrected by the format correcting part.

摘要： A position-related information registration and display system can register position-related information in a position-related information management server using a first terminal, and display an air tag based on the position-related information on a second data terminal including an imaging unit. The first data terminal extracts a search keyword from content displayed on a first display unit, accesses a keyword information storage unit, acquires a corresponding position information piece that is a position information piece corresponding to the search keyword extracted from the content, and transmits a registration request in addition to the content and the corresponding position information piece to the position-related information management server. The second data terminal acquires a position-related information piece corresponding to a location where the imaging unit performs imaging, from the position-related information management server, and displays an air tag based on the acquired position-related information piece in a superimposed manner in a captured image.

Then, the plurality of files of all the pages are arranged into a plurality of combinations thereof based on resolution or layer level. Then, an electronic mail is written and sent to the same destination for each of the combinations by attaching all the files included therein.

摘要： A portable terminal user uses a portable terminal so as to select data to be printed among data in a server as well as an MFP from which the data is to be printed out. The server creates authentication data and transmits the authentication data to the selected MFP. The MFP displays the authentication data. The portable terminal acquires the authentication data through picture taking, and transmits the acquired data to the server. The server compares the created authentication data with the data transmitted from the portable terminal. If they match, print data corresponding to the authentication data is transmitted to the MFP, whereby the MFP performs printing. With such a configuration, an image output system attaining excellent usability for the user and improved security can be provided.

摘要： A remote control system includes a PC and a MFP capable of remotely controlling an external device. PC includes a browsing portion to receive an operation screen from the MFP, a display control portion to allow a projector to project the received operation screen onto a projection plane, and a position detection portion to detect a position pointed to by a user in the projected operation screen. The browsing portion transmits to the MFP a command which is included in the operation screen and is related to the detected position in the operation screen. The MFP includes an operation screen transmission portion to transmit to the PC the operation screen, including a command for specifying control, for accepting an operation, a command reception portion to receive a command transmitted from the PC, and a process control portion to control the external device or the device itself in accordance with the received command.
