    摘要: The present invention relates to the production of oil and fat containing acylglycerol esters including diacylglycerols, medium-chain and long-chain fatty acid triacyglycerols comprising esterification reaction between an acyl group donor and an acyl group acceptor in the presence of a heterogeneous chemical catalyst consisting of an ion-exchange resin preparation to obtain a reaction fluid that is further subjected to dehydration and at least one separation method, thus producing diacylglycerols and/or medium-chain and long-chain fatty acid triacyglycerols at a high yield in a short period of time.

    摘要: The present invention discloses antimicrobial compositions of modified coconut oil and palm kernel oil derived from catalytic activity of 1,3 positional specific lipases. Said modified oil compositions comprises of free fatty acids (>9.4%), monoglycerides (>1.3%), diglycerides (>22.8%) and triglycerides (>25%) which inhibits the growth of gram positive bacteria i.e. Staphylococcus aurous aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Sterptococcus pyogene, gram negative bacteria i.e. Vibrio cholerae, Escherichia coli and yeast i.e. Candida albicans.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a diacylglycerol, which comprises, reacting triacylglycerol with water and an enzyme to obtain a mixture comprising of diacylglycerol, monoacylglycerol and free fatty acid; removing water content in the mixture by way of dehydration; and separating monoacylglycerol, free fatty acid and residual triacylglycerol by at least one separation method to obtain a high-purity diacylglycerol. An oil or fat composition comprising of diacylglycerol obtained from the said process and phytosteryl esters and/or ferulic acid esters in an amount of from 0.5% to 25% by weight of diacylglycerol is also provided.
