    摘要: A non-aqueous battery with improved volume energy density and enhanced load characteristics is made available even when using olivine-type lithium phosphate as a positive electrode active material.The non-aqueous electrolyte battery of the present invention is provided with a positive electrode (1) containing lithium iron phosphate as a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode (2), and a non-aqueous electrolyte (4). In the positive electrode (1), a positive electrode active material-containing layer that is made of the positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a binder agent is formed on a positive electrode current collector. The positive electrode current collector has a thickness of less than 20 μm and its surface that is in contact with the positive electrode active material-containing layer has a mean surface roughness Ra of greater than 0.026.

    摘要: Provided is a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The stacked electrode assembly contains positive electrode plates in which no positive electrode active material layer is formed on at least one side of the positive electrode substrate and negative electrode plates in which no negative electrode active material layer is formed on at least one side of the negative electrode substrate. Such positive electrode surfaces where no positive electrode active material layer is formed are opposed, with a separator interposed, to such negative electrode surfaces where no negative electrode active material layer is formed. The separator interposed between the positive electrode active material layers and negative electrode active material layers has a layer containing ceramic. The separator interposed between the surfaces where no positive electrode active material layer is formed and the surfaces where no negative electrode active material layer is formed has no layer containing ceramic.

    摘要: A stack type battery has a positive electrode plate (1) having a positive electrode active material layer (1a) formed on at least one side of a current collector made of a metal plate and a positive electrode current collector lead (11) provided in a portion thereof, the positive electrode plate (1) and the positive electrode current collector lead (11) facing a negative electrode plate across a separator (3a). A protective layer (13) made of a material having a lower electron conductivity than the metal of the current collector and being non-insulative is formed at a portion of the positive electrode plate (1) between the positive electrode current collector lead (11) and the separator (3a). The positive, electrode current collector lead (11) and the separator (3a) are joined to each other by the protective layer (13).
