摘要： Provided is a heater drive circuit that applies a voltage to a heater resistor in detecting a temperature variation in accordance with the concentration of a predetermined element contained in a liquid, the heater drive circuit including: a booster circuit for boosting a predetermined reference power source voltage to generate a boosted power source voltage; a voltage control circuit including an operational amplifier driven by a boosted power source voltage from the booster circuit; and an emitter follower output circuit having its base terminal connected to an output voltage from the heater resistor, its collector terminal connected to the predetermined reference power source, and its emitter terminal connected to the heater resistor.

摘要： The failure detecting apparatus includes an input circuit 13 connected to a temperature sensor 53 to detect various changes, for detecting the resistance of the temperature sensor 53, a monitor circuit 14 connected in parallel to the input circuit 13 for monitoring the failure of the input circuit 13, and a CPU 1 which is supplied with the resistance of the temperature sensor 53 detected by the input circuit 13 and in detecting failure of the monitor circuit 14, switches its state between the inputting state receiving a signal from the monitor circuit 14 and the outputting state sending the signal to the monitor circuit 14.

摘要： A data write apparatus for nonvolatile memory includes a control device for transmitting or receiving data, and a nonvolatile memory connected to the control device through a communication line, for storing the data supplied from the control device. The nonvolatile memory permits write of data if the number of pulses of a clock signal transmitted as well as the data agrees with a prescribed number and the nonvolatile memory inhibits write of data if the number of pulses of the clock signal does not agree with the prescribed number of pulses. The control device includes a receiving member for receiving the data transmitted onto the communication line; and an increasing/decreasing member for comparing a first data supplied to the nonvolatile and a second data received by the receiving member through the communication line to determine whether or not the first data and the second data are the same data.
