An electrosurgical unit having micro/nano structure formed thereon and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed, in which the electrosurgical unit is formed by the irradiation of a laser beam upon a blade so as to have a hybrid of micro/nano elements formed on the surface of the blade. The application of the hybrid of micro/nano elements on the surface of the blade has proven to be a valuable asset not only in providing a non-stick surface and a good heat dissipation ability to the blade, but also in providing a electrosurgical blade that will not release any toxic material under high temperature.

A method of manufacturing biodegradable materials for filling nasal cavity of the present invention comprises the following steps: a. within a predetermined temperature range, evenly mixing chitosan and the substrate (starch or cellulose) to make a first solution; b. adding crosslinking agent in the first solution for crosslinking reaction; c. pouring the first solution into the mold; d. removing water through freeze-drying process, thereby the biodegradable materials for filling nasal cavity are obtained. The biodegradable materials are filled in patient's nasal cavity to stop bleeding and avoid a second time injury by removing, because of biodegradable absorption.

The invention creates a support for cell culture and cell sheet detachment which has a substrate, whose surface is coated with a conjugate having a disulfide bond-containing amino acid as a spacer and a biopolymer enhancing cell attachment, migration or differentation. Unexpectedly, after being seeded on the support, the cells grow to form one or more layers of cell sheets and the cell sheets can be easily detached from the support by adding a reductant to cleave the disulfide bond. Accordingly, the invention provides a simple and non-toxic method for detachment of cell sheets.

A method for reversed modeling of biomedical model of the present invention comprises at least the following steps: (a) Obtaining the data of a first model; (b) Transferring data of the first model into data of a second model which are applied to a rapid Prototyping machine; (c) Entering data of the second model into the rapid prototyping machine; (d) Laying model materials, coating adhesives and continuing sterilization by the rapid prototyping machine and stacking until a biomedical model is made; wherein sterilization is done during stacking medical model, therefore keeping the biomedical model sterile inside is achieved.
