    摘要: A rotary fluid machinery includes a fixed member, a drive shaft driven and rotated about a rotation axis, a movable member, a movable member support part and a reverse moment generating mechanism. The movable member is rotatably mounted at the drive shaft with its center being eccentrically disposed relative to the rotation axis, with the movable member and the fixed member forming a fluid chamber. Revolution of the movable member changes the volume of the fluid chamber. The movable member is configured to swing in association with its revolution. The reverse moment generating mechanism generates a moment in a reverse direction about the rotation axis relative to a moment about the rotation axis caused by the revolving movement of the movable member.

    摘要: A fluid machinery includes a rotary mechanism, an annular back pressure chamber and an oil passage. The rotary mechanism includes first and second cooperating members, each including an engaging member extending from an end plate, with the cooperating members being arranged to oscillate relative to each in order to change volumes of operation chambers formed between the cooperating members. The annular back pressure chamber is formed on the back surface side of the end plate of the first cooperating member, and communicates with an intermediate operation chamber of the operation chambers to thrust the first cooperating member against the second cooperating member. The intermediate operation chamber is in an intermediate pressure state. The oil passage is arranged to communicate an oil into the back pressure chamber to fill the back pressure chamber with the oil. The rotary mechanism can include a piston and cylinder, or can include a fixed and orbiting scroll.

    摘要: A fluid machinery includes a rotary mechanism, an annular back pressure chamber and an oil passage.     摘要: In case of cooling a SQUID magnetometer by a cryogenic refrigerator, a tubular resinous bobbin of the SQUID magnetometer around which a pick-up coil is wound is arranged so as to have wires, in the body of the bobbin, which are each coated with a resinous film, made of non-magnetic material with high thermal conductivity such as copper, and netted in a grid pattern substantially in an axial direction of the bobbin and a circumferential direction of the bobbin. According to the arrangement, thermal conduction characteristic of the bobbin is improved, thereby enhancing efficiency of cooling the pick-up coil made of a superconducting wire. This accomplishes an effective cooling of the SQUID magnetometer by the refrigerator.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. Each of the fixed and orbiting scrolls includes an end plate and a spiral wrap standing on a front surface of the end plate. The scrolls are arranged such that the front surfaces of the end plates face each other and the wraps are engaged with each other. The orbiting scroll eccentrically rotates, without turning on an axis thereof, with respect to the fixed scroll to compress fluid in compression chambers respectively formed inside and outside the wrap of the orbiting scroll. Each wrap is formed in a shape such that at least one of the compression chambers serves as a rate-reduced compression chamber where a volume change rate thereof is reduced in a middle of a compression phase.
