    摘要: The present invention relates to a linear motor provided with a magnetic body and an armature. The liner motor is adapted to produce a force causing the magnet body and the armature to be relatively displaced along a given linear moving direction by interaction of magnetic fluxes generated between the magnetic body and the armature during an operation of supplying electric power to the armature. In a typical aspect, the linear motor of the present invention comprises a movable section attached to a base plate adapted to set the moving direction on a base surface thereof, in such a movable manner as to relatively reciprocate along the moving direction with respect to the base plate. A mover is provided on the movable section and formed as one of the magnetic body and the armature. A stator is provided on the base surface of the base plate in such a manner as to be disposed opposed to the mover in a widthwise direction, and formed as the other one of the magnetic body and the armature to extend along the moving direction. A standing wall is provided on an outer peripheral edge of the base plate at least at a position which is along the moving direction, to define a containing space in cooperation with the base surface. The containing space is opened to allow the stator, the mover, and the movable section to be selectively mounted therein and removed therefrom in a direction perpendicular to the base surface.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a multi-shaft linear motor formed by a plurality of linear motors each provided with a magnetic body and an armature and adapted to produce a force causing the magnetic body and the armature to be relatively displaced along a given linear moving direction by interaction of magnetic fluxes generated between the magnetic body and the armature during an operation of supplying electric power to the armature. In a typical aspect, each of the single-shaft linear motors in the present invention includes a base plate. The base plate has a base surface defining the moving direction, wherein the stator is fixed onto the base surface along the moving direction, and the mover is attached onto the base surface in a movable manner reciprocating along the moving direction and in opposed relation to the stator. The single-shaft linear motors are stacked in a stacking direction perpendicular to the base surface in such a way that the single-shaft linear motors are individually detachable as a unit, the base plate thereof contains the stator and the mover.

    摘要: A biasing structure for biasing a locking pawl-equipped operation rod in a given direction is described. A slit is formed in a rear end of the operation rod. A spring retainer is integrally provided by a bracket through which the operation rod is rotatably connected to a movable rail. The spring retainer includes a rearwardly projected portion whose one surface faces toward a rear end portion of the operation rod and a recess which is formed in a base part of the projected portion and faces toward the rear end portion of the operation rod. A coil spring includes a multi-turned major portion, a front straight portion tangentially extending from a front end of the major portion and a rear straight portion extending radially inward from a rear end of the major portion. Upon assembly of the coil spring, the major portion thereof is disposed on the rear end portion of the operation rod with the front straight portion put in the recess and with the rear straight portion put in the slit while being twisted about its axis against a biasing force produced by the spring. The surface of the rearwardly projected portion is sized and arranged to support the front straight portion of the coil spring when the coil spring is about to be properly assembled.

    摘要: The cord has a flexible reinforcing core wire. The reinforcing core wire is formed of one or a plurality of reinforcing fibers such as aramid fibers. A plurality of (for example, three) insulated conductors are twisted together around the reinforcing core wire. The insulated conductors are respectively colored into different colors to be distinguished from each other, and include a plurality of insulated wires twisted together. Each of the insulated wires is formed of a polyurethane copper wire or the like whose conductor is insulation-coated with resin. An insulating outer coating member coats the periphery of the reinforcing core wire and the three insulated conductors. The insulating outer coating member has a substantially circular tube shape in section, and is formed of soft synthetic resin. Accordingly, the cord is reduced in diameter and weight.
