    摘要: It is possible to provide a transmission gear system of a multi-screw extruder or kneader, distributedly receiving loads applied on driven shafts without complicating the device configuration. The transmission gear system of a multi-screw extruder or kneader having a plurality of screw shafts, includes a driving shaft to which a driving gear is fixed, rotationally driven by a driving device; a driven shaft to which a driven gear engaged with the driving gear is fixed, the driven shaft being coupled to the screw shaft so as to allow the screw shaft to be rotationally driven and a load distribution shaft disposed in a region opposite to the driving shaft with respect to the driven shaft. A radial load generated on the driven shaft is transmitted via the driven gear and the load distribution gear to the load distribution shaft to distribute the load.

    摘要: The object is to determine a suitable stop timing of dry cleaning operation in a dry cleaning method without an oil-soluble surface-active agent. Contamination level of a pure solvent supplied from a supply tank to an inner drum of a process tank by a supply-side pump is detected by a supply-side RGB sensor. Contamination level of a used solvent collected from the process tank to a distilling unit by a collect-side pump is detected by a collect-side RGB sensor. When the deference of the contamination levels becomes to zero, a control unit stops supplying the pure solvent from the supply tank to the process tank, collecting the used solvent from the process tank to the distilling unit.

    摘要: An extruder capable of obtaining a treatment volume equal to that of the conventional art without enlarging a screw diameter is provided. The extruder includes screw shafts, a drive unit, and a barrel, in which three or more screw shafts having the same diameter and the same root diameter in a waveform shape are engaged with each other and arranged in parallel to each other horizontally or nearly horizontally, while a distance between axial centers is made equal. According to the above configuration, the same treatment volume as that of a conventional extruder can be handled by screw shafts of smaller diameter as compared with that of the conventional art. By using the screw shafts of the smaller diameter as compared with the conventional art, temperature irregularities of an extrusion material in screw grooves, leakage of the extrusion material from the screw shafts, an installation area of the extruder, and the like conventional trouble of various kinds can be eliminated.

An ejection device ejects a portion of the kneaded material between the extrusion port of the barrel and the extrusion port of the die, the ejection device including an ejection quantity regulating unit for regulating the ejection quantity of the kneaded material so that the pressure of the kneaded material at the extrusion port of the barrel is kept constant.
