    摘要: A detection device includes a sensor chip, a suction section adapted to suck a fluid sample to the sensor chip, a light source adapted to irradiate the sensor chip, a light intensity adjustment section adapted to adjust intensity of the light, a light detection section adapted to detect the light reflecting the sample adsorbed to the sensor chip, and a control section adapted to perform drive control on the suction section. The control section sets the suction flow velocity to V1 in the first mode in which the light detection section performs the detection, and sets the suction flow velocity to V2 (V2>V1) in the second mode. The light intensity adjustment section sets the light intensity to L1 in the first mode, and sets the light intensity to L2 (L2>L1) in the second mode. The first and second modes are switched based on the signal from the light detection section.

    摘要: A di(pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-)polyphosphate is synthesized by converting a pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-triphosphate into a pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-cyclic triphosphate by use of a condensing agent, and subsequently reacting the pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-cyclic triphosphate with a pyrimidine nucleotide in the presence of a salt of a metal selected from among magnesium, manganese, and iron.Through the method of the invention, a di(pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-)polyphosphate can be synthesized from an unprotected pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-phosphate serving as a starting material at a synthesis yield of 50% or higher. Therefore, the method of the invention is suitable for large-scale synthesis of a di(pyrimidine nucleoside 5′-)polyphosphate.

    摘要: A noise absorber carpet comprised of a fabric layer portion and a resinous backing layer portion, wherein the fabric layer portion and the resinous backing layer portion are heat bonded with a press into the noise absorber carpet. The press includes perforation pins and a cooling medium. The resinous backing layer portion is provided with noise absorbing perforations formed by contact with the perforation pins of the press and cooled by the cooling medium. The perforations are cooled by the cooling medium with the press simultaneously with the bonding of the resinous backing layer portion with the fabric layer portion and the cooling of the press by the cooling medium, thereby providing for instant curing and fixation of the shape of the perforations.
