    摘要: An object is to provide a motor-driven compressor capable of reducing cost required when a failure occurs in part of components configuring an inverter device. A power substrate assembly 50 is removably fixed to a housing body 10 in an inverter accommodation chamber 13, and a control substrate assembly 70 and a filter circuit assembly 90 are removably fixed to a cover 30. Therefore, when the cover 30 is removed from the housing body 10, the power substrate assembly 50, the control substrate assembly 70, and the filter circuit assembly 90 can be independently removed from the housing body 10 or the cover 30, and new power substrate assembly 50, control substrate assembly 70, and filter circuit assembly 90 can be independently mounted on the housing body 10 or the cover 30.

One surface of the control circuit board (25) is installed in a heat transferable manner on a heat-dissipating planar part (31) disposed on a housing (2), while heat-producing electrical components (39) are disposed in a heat transferable manner on the other surface of the control circuit board (25). The control circuit board (25) includes a substrate body (41) constituted of an insulator, and heat-conducting through members (42) constituted of a good thermal conductor filled through in a thickness direction of the substrate body (41). One end of each of the heat-conducting through members (42) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the heat-dissipating planar part (31), and the electrical component (39) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the other end.

    摘要: An extrusion press includes a means which can prevent phenomena in which a billet is blown out during an extrusion process as well as prevent billet blowout with a simple and inexpensive constitution. The extrusion press drives a main cylinder device to extrude, by a stem , a billet filled into a container from a die and form a product. A gap measurement means that measures a gap arising at the container seal surface formed by pressing the die side end surface of the container against the container side end surface of the die is provided on an end platen on the outer edge part of the container side end surface of the die. When the gap arising during the extrusion process is measured and the measured value is within a predetermined range of allowable values, a set value for the extrusion rate is lowered and a warning is issued. When the measured value exceeds the predetermined allowable values, the extrusion process is stopped.

    摘要: There is provided an integrated electric compressor having a circuit configuration capable of decreasing the size thereof while restraining current ripples. In an inverter of the electric compressor, by providing a capacitor 13 and a reactor 14 between a power source and an inverter board 12, the ripples of a driving voltage is restrained, and a motor can be driven with high efficiency and the size of a housing can be decreased. Further, by connecting the capacitor 13 and the reactor 14 to a power board 16 by using a bus bar 23, the voltage ripple restraining effect is further increased, and the capacitor 13 and the reactor 14 are unitized integrally by the bus bar 23 to improve the assembling workability of the power board 16.
